Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

10357 Someone from WA thinks vodafone is pissed off at 4 Jan 2011 03:25:31 PM
Firstly they tired to over charge me on the first bill, then there was Saturday the 11th of December when I had no service at all for a few hours, were they gave us free calls as an apology. The next bill I received was due a week earlier then the previous one (I don't see how it can't be set up in the system to be due same date) and when I called Vodafone I got no help at all. I received message from Christmas Day 4 days later, when I send a picture message my friends seem to receive it a numerous amount of times. Last night when catching up with a friend, I suddenly find myself with no service at all (and I was at carousel shopping centre, not like I was out bush), I had nothing for over half an hour (which my friend thought I was standing them up), then for the next 4 hours it kept dropping in and out. I had no problems when I was with 3 and the only reason I joined Vodafone was because it was the last I-Phone 4 they had in stock and since the companies were joining I thought I would have the same great service, how very wrong I was.
6 Jan 2011 01:17:37 PM: I too was at Carousel and in exactly the same boat... it took me nearly an hour to find a public phone because no one would let me use their phone and I had a baby... and no one could tell me where the public phone was... the guy in All Phones can get stuffed because he actually just made up where the phone was!!! I am lucky as I am out of contract and am moving tomorrow!
