Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

10542 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Loose with the truth at 5 Jan 2011 11:14:56 AM
I was with three and wanted to stay with three but was told I needed to move to Vodafone.
I was then charged a $100 exit fee from three that I wasn't informed off.
When I asked about reception in country areas and was told that the agreement three had with telstra would most likely roll over to Vodafone.
Turns out I now don't have reception at either of my parents houses and even in Melbourne I find reception drops out regulary.
I wish I could go back to three!!!
5 Jan 2011 05:24:13 PM: Activate national roaming thru 1555 which will enable voice and txt on telstra network when there is no voda coverage, this agreement with 3/telstra concludes aug 2012
6 Jan 2011 02:25:48 PM: Did you go to a multibranded 3/Vodafone store to get your new Vodafone plan? If you did and you had less than 3 months to go on your 3 plan then the cancellation fee should be waived. If you fall in that category call 3 to discuss applying the credit or refunding the cancellation fee.
The agreement with Telstra is not rolling over to Vodafone FYI
