Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

14323 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is big time failure at 23 Jan 2011 03:06:59 PM
No mess any longer. i got out of two contracts because of their poor service. I was told the area i was in was not a good area, only problem being, i had been with them for 8 years!!. As i told them the last twelve months were the worst. Cut a long story short the contract states they provide the service you provide payment. i got them for breaching the contract and therefore sent phones back and was let out of my contracts, i am now with telstra and low and behold i can run my business. The only calls to drop out are other carriers.
I was a fan of vodaphone but will never use them again, i will use a carrier pigeon before using them again.

23 Jan 2011 03:09:18 PM: Carrier pigeons are more reliable and the message will usually get through faster!!
23 Jan 2011 03:16:52 PM: Forgot to add.........carrier pigeons are more tasty than a mobile phone!!!
23 Jan 2011 03:17:03 PM: CORRECTION: In order for pigeons to be more reliable, vodafail needs to have reliability. Vodafail has no credibility or reliability, so truth would be" Carrier pigeons are reliable and the message will get there!

23 Jan 2011 03:22:26 PM: Thanx, just dont like to see Voda being misrepresented!!
23 Jan 2011 03:23:04 PM: Or pigeons being misrepresented!
23 Jan 2011 03:26:58 PM: How about two tin cans and a length of wet (or dry) string???

What would be your cognitive thought process and hypothesis on that one when applied or compared to Vodafone??

My apologies if I have upset any carrier pigeons reading this thread!!!
23 Jan 2011 03:43:08 PM: At least if the string breaks they cant blame anything
23 Jan 2011 08:55:00 PM: what about walkie talkies :)
