Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

7128 Someone from ACT thinks vodafone is Voda Megafail at 28 Dec 2010 05:34:49 PM
I tried to leave and they followed... What was I thinking? What are they thinking?
Everybody is in the same boat! A company just getting away with ripping of the hard working australian ... Fair Dinkum!
I signed to Vodafone almost 12 years ago, up until three years ago when Vodafone's service started going down, down in the sense the reception coverage dropped, the service from the providers got from worst to worster (not a word... but nor is Vodafone's offer of 98% coverage) I left Vodafone and went to 3 (Three)... What a deal I was in for!
Vodafone brought Three and there went my service and the coverage!
I tried to leave in October this year and was shown coverage charts and a great deal, if only I could use it! or ... not be charged roaming everywhere I go!
The biggest Vodafail is the vodafone station tower that Vodafone erected in our suburb (kambah ACT)... 'If I could climb up it, I dont think I would get any better reception!
You cannot track your usage like Vodafone promise, so how can the company give deals? (Misleading or What?) (Legal or Not?)
28 Dec 2010 05:58:47 PM: Vodafone and 3 still use separate networks, 3 is still in contract with TELSTRA, thats who your roaming to, 3 is trying to move people to Vodafone with the intention of ending there agreement with TELSTRA, Vodafone have been racing to upgrade the network, but looks like they have underestimated the capacity required and have started too late, they will get there but who knows how long it will take
