Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

you are a mess whoever created this site (vodafail.com) i am surrounded by mountains and optus gets no coverage telstra (next g) gets 1 bar out of 5 and vodafone gets 5 out of 5 on a iphone 4 (as you know has many receiver issues but it still gets full!! get this crap off the net

If you are one of the lucky ones and aren't having any problems then dont bother logging in, simple. It appears that there are a lot more frustated people then not with vodafone. I am happy for you with your phone though.

My friend has an IPHONE and has the same issue as all us other dissatisfied Vodafone users. Oh and she sits on her IPHONE and farts cause the phones so crap... Did i hurt your feelings?

This is my reality of using VF, bugger off.
6 Jan 2011 01:17:40 AM: i work for vodafone and also use their lines and yes, for some people coverage sucks ass (i feel ur frustration)but we get the same complaints about other networks aswell and say only voda will work where they are. i get fine coverage myslef. So dont think its just voda thats shit house, every network has similar issues (see an example- http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1596511). and for those who go on optus is much better coverage and internet etc etc...newsflash- voda and optus share the same 3G towers in a majority of locations.

However, please, if u are heading to a store to rip into a sales rep about ur crappy coverage, please atleast do it in a nice way. we are much more willing to help out then whereas you start swearing and yelling instore etc...u will be put straight onto cust care and u can deal with an indian instead :)
