Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

I saw this crap on today tonight last night. Hahaha u make me laugh. U must be the biggest no life no hoper to actually build a website like this. Nothing better to do with your time. You're just a hack going nowhere in life. For the record I don't work for vodafone, I have no problem with them but I know for a fact that when this storm in a tea cup blows over, You will be sued. Hack
29 Dec 2010 07:40:48 AM: Great post. Adds much to the debate but doesn't distract from the issue at hand. Vodafone are providing substandard services (if any service at all). I paid $39.95 a month for 24 months for a usb dangle that hardly ever worked. I live 150 metres from the store that sold it to me. That same store admitted, after 15 months, that there were issues with 3g coverage in my area and always had been. I was misled. And stupid for not understanding my rights. But now people will have the info they need. God bless Vodafail.com
29 Dec 2010 08:06:54 AM: @ 29 Dec 2010 09:23:45 AM On the contrary, I fully believe the owner/creator of this website has a very bright future in front of him. I bet he will be head-hunted far more than you will ever be. Now get back to moving those supermarket trollies, you are way out of your depth.
29 Dec 2010 08:43:28 AM: Exactly - this site gives people a forum and is similar to a petition to GET SOME RESULTS! You idiot, so like the man said -get back to your trolleys LOL!
29 Dec 2010 11:59:23 AM: Vodafone employees getting testy! They are very concerned about what is being revealed. See you at the courtroom in the class action.
