Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

ANOTHER DAY AT VODANOFONE NO COMMUMITY HEARTLESS AND BRAINLESS

I personally admire this Paramedic and his wife who has had the courage and fortitude to tell this Discraceful Unethical Company what is,and what is not.
The paramedic does this in the interests of Australians and their Medical Emergencies.
Well done Mr.Paramedic and his good wife,Mrs Nurse who care about prople.

The discraceful unethical and criminal Vodafone Network cares about how much it can steal from you.

I have said it before on this website."I would rather deal deal with the Mafia because you know the Mafia would Rob you DEAD!"

Very poor Network coverage.....an hour ago 11.3.2012 11.00am

Hi There,

I have moved from 3 to Vodafone in 2011 and have had nothing but trouble with my reception. We currently have 3 plans with Vodafone - my Wife, my Son and I. I am a Paramedic, my Wife is a Nurse on call.

I use my phone for work doing Hospital notifications and daily have trouble getting reception - for medical emergencies that is definately not good enough! My Wife uses her phone for work and cannot get reception at work and she gets voice mails without her phone even ringing. My Son uses his phone for letting us know where he is after school for sports and keeping us updated whether he is home safely - many days he cannot get a hold of us and we are unable to contact him. Not good enough!

When I moved from 3 to Vodafone I had tyo give my home address in order for them to ensure I have coverage at home. I was assured of coverage before I moved. This is not the case. When my phone rings at home I have to run outside halfway up the driveway other wise I cannot be heard. Not good enough!!

I have contacted Vodafone about this and was told upgrades are underway - my bill was reduced by 25% but I still feel very ripped off. I think 25% is not good enough as I get less than 75% coverage. I cant even sit in my own home and make phonecalls. The contact centre promised me upgrades are underway and by end of March 2012 all will be good. I am making a complaint to the COMMS umbudsman and will be asking for a full refund of all 3 contracts for my past 4 bills. If there is not improvement by 31/03/2012 I will return 3 phones to my nearest Vodafone store and going to Telstra.

Definately had enough!!

Hope this stops other users from joining Vodafone.

11 Mar 2012 12:54:08 PM: Move to Virgin or iiNet as fast as you can....I had 3 1/2 years of this crap from VF....
11 Mar 2012 10:41:14 PM: There is a 30 day network guarantee for customers to use if needed. If it really took you 30 days or more to realise your reception issues, than ok lol. Apart from this, if you have a handset that is not 850MHz capable like an iPhone 3G s, than new VF new network won't mean a thing to you, and no network provider has a responsibility to provide phones, just network service, so unless eligible to upgrade, invest in an up to date phone.
12 Mar 2012 10:22:28 AM: 2nd reply, go and look at the big gigantic holes in the guarantee,it is worth less than the paper it is written on.
12 Mar 2012 12:02:52 PM: Regulation 90 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 is there not to assist Vodacrims, but to assist Vodafone Victims.
The 30 day guarantee is so badly defined,EG(Must be initiated by Vodacrims Customer NO-Care @ 1300551198.They will never initiate it because they will say you did not call them, or they, you.
Those Vodacrims have already pulled that stunt and the number does not even show on your Call History, when they call you, on your phone.
(I personally caught them out already.)
