Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

We are in Narre Warren South and were promised broadband reception.
we got squat and were even charged for internet usage as we were outside their zone.
I have canccelled my suscrition and moved to Optus. Three and voadphone deserve each other.

I am so pissed with them

Thankfully i found your firm ,i would like to be part of the class action.

i have been having serious problems with vodaphone we are in Port Macquarie have terrible reception on the mobile phone (PERSONAL DETAILS REMOVED)
we were promissed coverage which failed and has caused embarresment and loss of business.
most times frustated to the point of anger constantly line dropping out whilst conversing with local& international clients.
in as well to our frustration with Vodaphone with the service they provide.
now there is a major breach of the companies privacy obligations and "unbelievably slack security"

"negligence exposing my family to criminal activity "

Vodaphone staff doing "favours " to criminals to access my details .
Its scary stuff why its in the wrong hands!

Vodaphone has breached The Privacy Act.

Its a gross breach of privacy almost negligent exposure to criminal activity !
our private details accessed on the internet'we are surprised how easily the database could be opened.

My entire call list everyone i had been ringing or even text and the time i spent on the phone is visable !

personal details from vodaphone database.Name ,home address drivers licence ;credit card details. "Unbelievable"
Serious lapse in security by this rogue mobile phone giant.

Now my personal details ,are accessible from any computer globally.
i cant get on to vodaphone as i ring when i have coverage wait for 30 -45 minutes get frustrated and hang up.

its difficult to go to another carrier why i cant transfer the number as its under contract.
they are collecting money from my bank account for services i cant get full benefit.
it appears to me they Vodaphone are collecting money by misleading me and by deception .
i am extremelly pissed of with Vodaphone misleading me into signing a contract with them.
My email was tampered with by some criminal !
our home has had unscrupoulus criminals intimade my family for money!
