Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

Gosh..... Where do I start!
I've been married with Vodafail for 15 years.
I'm a self employed Mobile hands free technician,
Yesterday (one of many countless days)
a customer left a voice mail at 11.00am, I received the text at 5.00pm,,,,, Yeah great for business.
I would have full signal, my phone wouldn't ring and it would go straight to voice mail, so i dug deeper, and did a few tests of my own, if i was indoors with my phone on 3G, i rang my phone from a land line, 7 out of 10 calls would go straight to voice mail. if i turned 3G off and had it on GSM only, lookout my phone rang every time, so you can imagine how many business calls i lost in 15 years! I had to leave my phone on GSM only.
Id be talking on the phone with full signal strength in the car with cradle and external antenna and it would drop out. Not to mention receiving text messages days later.
Lara needs English lessons and so do the call centers in India.
Now lets talk about mobile Broadband,
I purchased a Mobile broadband USB stick, inside the box it says that 3G Broadband speeds of up to 14.4 Mbps LOL, I cant even get 1/10 of that speed,
in fact its about 600-800 Kbps! (is that dial up speed)? And that's with a strong 3G signal or HSDPA.
You can only take so much, my business suffered, and now its time for a divorce!
Kind Regards JB
