Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

1942 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is THE WORST! at 27 Dec 2010 11:11:53 AM
Okay I have been with three for a long time and had decent reception, but now my reception is sh*thouse! and when i do have reception i am roaming (in areas that clearly should be and are 3G areas!!!) and the fees for calling in a roaming area are actually ridiculous.

And also, whilst technically I am still with 'three' it was PROMISED to my mum that if she renewed her cap and signed up with Vodaphone the calls would be free (the free minutes)

however i still continue to be charged for calling my mum thats on Vodaphone from my vodaphone/3 sim, instead of the minutes being deducted from the free minutes as told!!! grrrr. stop charging me $3 for 2minute calls that you said are free?? with no fixing?? get your heads on!!!
27 Dec 2010 11:23:34 AM: You need to be on 3's new cap plans to get free calls to Vodafone
27 Dec 2010 12:45:17 PM: Ok your mum got what she was promised free calls to you and anyone else on 3 and Vodafone where as you who haven't resigned or changed your rate plan would be on your original terms and conditions and just get free minutes to people on 3 so maybe you should get your head on and actually think about it. You can do a rate plan change to the new terms and conditions without lengthening your contract term by making a call to customer care.
