Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

Known vodafone representatives are deleting posts on whirlpool (presumably) to hide them from regulators and the public.

7 Mar 2012 08:47:19 PM: @ 6 Mar 2012 08:20:33 PM: on the contrary, I think the mods do a bloody good job here, I have seen some of the responses from some of the Vodafone employees that usually end the sentence in moron, or retard or some such derogatory noun aimed at the poster. I have also seen sensible offerings, from one person in particular who was articulate and polite and genuinely tried to help the poster with the issue. The posts with the inflammatory name-calling is usually and swiftly removed, the others are left as help to the poster and others.
The mods also suggest that users contact Vodafone before resorting to the TIO, to work with Vodafone to solve the issue and then (and only then) to get the intervention of the TIO.
I don't have a problem with the moderation of this site and like I said earlier, I think they do a bloody good job!

This website was set up to assist disgruntled Vodafone Customers,not to assist Vodafone Staff Who come to this website disgruntled with the reality of a very badly run VodaNofone Network.
Spend some time at work,solving Vodadfone's woes,Vodafone employee!
Talk to Vittorio,CEO Vodafone of the world,or you could talk to Nigel,CEO Vodafone Australia.
Better still,you could go to the ACMA or to the ACCC and talk to them about your own disgraceful network.
