Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

2888 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is Off the scale at 27 Dec 2010 02:51:14 PM
Ever since I've been with vodafail I've had nothing but problems. The phone they sold me was shite to start with and they didn't want to get involved. Said it was a manufacturing problem now they had sold it on! The reception is awful in any built up area. Blackspots! Huh...the whole of QLD seems to be a blackspot where Vodafail is concerned! I can't even get out of the contract without having to spend more money. Six months to go and counting then I'm moving to another provider.
28 Dec 2010 05:56:32 PM: I just went on a Vodafone contract with the new Iphone4. Ever since I have had it have had numerous amounts of problems with reception, phone cutting out and messages arriving and receiving late. No matter where I am usually have a maximum of 2 bars. My mates are all ways saying " when are you going to get a new phone" Nothing wrong with the phone as other services work perfectly on my mates.n Absolutely shithouse!!
28 Dec 2010 09:18:23 PM: anyone who has an ifone4 should be aware that the have a crap receiver (factory admission). I'm not defending voadafone but the shit design by apple doesn't help things either!
29 Dec 2010 08:01:23 AM: i actually get better service with he iPhone 4! (its still shitty!)when i got the phone i was aware but i was over nokia's......but pretty much ALL of the ''N'' series phones are a fail too...
29 Dec 2010 10:42:20 AM: Hey anti-apple fan boi, I have an iphone4 on 3 and have never had a reception problem. I can even receive and make calls in carpark basements. It's not the iPhone. Have you ever made phone or electrical device that has sold in the hundreds of millions? So shut the fuck up already.
29 Dec 2010 01:05:15 PM: If iphone 4 wasnt such a problem with reception why is it they are sold with a bumper to prevent drop in coverage you clown. Hope you are all enjoying your cheap phone plans, if it wasnt for competition you all would be still paying for handsets outright and paying through the nose for calls. Wake up you pack of idiots, the country needs companies like Vodafone. Albeit they are having problems at the moment i can tell you Telstra and Optus have experienced the same problems and will again. You pack of idiots think about it, what has Telstra offered you? A tax payer funded network and still the most expensive network.
