Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

5129 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is drop outs, day late txt etc at 27 Dec 2010 08:35:09 PM
i have been with vodafone for 15 years. i have an iphone at the mo on a business plan. i thought that my problems in the last year was an out dates iphone. but after reading these stories i have come to realize that this is not the case. for the LAST YEAR or more i have constant drop outs, most about 15 seconds into the call, business phone remember, also bad coverage in my own home and i have lived here for 7 years and untill this time i have never had issues. aswell as having insurance with my contract for my iphone that i pay every month. i have approched the vodafone store several times to hand my phone in to be fixed, but upon requesting a replacement phone for the time mine is getting fixed i was told that it is not policy to give out loan phones. well i expect on a business plane that pays insurence every month that i would not go with out a mobile phone. i need it to run my business. Dont you think i should be offered one since it is a nessecity for any business to be contactable. with all that said, being charged to get my voice mail messages when my phone fails to ring because of their f up and getting charged for a full minute when it drops out almost as soon as i connect to someone is offencive in the least. especially in these financial times. fix it vodafone. and do it soon. time is money and i dont have much of either to dish out to a company that doesnt fix their problems straight away and instead waits till it becomes a media issue. where is current affair when you need them.
