Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

7166 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is SO ANNOYING at 28 Dec 2010 05:47:30 PM
I have been with Vodafone for 3 months now.... been through 2 phones and multiple sim cards. My issue at first was when calling a contact it would hang and go nowhere. Try multiple times and I would finally get through. So I tried my other phone... no change. Txt messages would also fail at times or take a while to send. This was all happening in a full service area. They first replaced the phone... I did say I tested on my other phone first but they didnt want to listen. Replacement phone.... same issue only now its hard to get on the net... has coverage but the browser keeps saying Network Error or Unabled to proccess while offline. They replaced sims... no resolve.. I was with 3 before Vodafone and had full service almost everywhere i went... in my house it fluxuates between 3 and no service. I thought 3 used the Vodafone network so if so shouldnt I be getting the same coverage as I was on 3???
28 Dec 2010 05:51:02 PM: Oh surprise... here I am trying to get online with full service and its saying No Network Coverage
28 Dec 2010 05:57:12 PM: Probably reserving there cells for 3 if they do use the Vodafone network and Vodafone just thinking our customers are already with us who cares
28 Dec 2010 06:03:28 PM: 3 Just merged with Vodaphone. This doesn't mean they both now share the same networks.
28 Dec 2010 06:07:32 PM: When I was with 3 the customer service told me they were using the Vodafone network... but you cant really beleive the customer support of any company I guess.
