Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

8393 Someone from WA thinks vodafone is 10/10 FAILED at 29 Dec 2010 12:50:45 PM
I was with 3 mobile and I was very happy with them. I was told by operator that I should move to Vodafone as they had the Samsung phone I was after immediately and they were not sure on time span with 3. I was advised that the service and network was the same as they were now the same company. From the day one, I had problems from the phone not even working in some areas of my house, and did so previously. The calls cut out during a conversation. This is not very proffessional when talking to clients. I sometimes get messages later (eg: a day later), which again could mean losing the chance of a job. So when you call someone back and they say, I did not hear from you, so assumed you weren't interested so I got someone else....NOT GOOD. So when calling Vodafone for assistance, I could not even get through to a live operator, and went throught the computer bimbo and by the time I went through all options, it hung me up....I just gave up in the end and thougth I just have to deal with what I have. Now that I find this is a regular occurance, I hope something will be done finally. If I had a choice, I would go back to 3, at least their calls dont drop out and the phone works at home, no matter where I am.
