Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

Vodafail drops out constantly, often you cannot recall the number which just dropped out as you then have NO NETWORK CONNECTION. TXT messages are delayed upto a day late. Sometimes you need to turn the phone off and on again to even get the message. Customer service is extreamly poor and excuses are excessive

30 Jan 2011 01:14:59 PM: Many people have to walk outside to make calls and SMS.......it's almost as if Vodafone has an aversion to buildings!!

Ok, we flogged Vodafone. Now I am seeing some progress, mobile broadband has improved.
But one thing I don't understand here is how ignorant others can be. I am talking about 3.
Instead of learning the lesson, they are giving the same crap:
no mobile broadband connection around Rockdale/Kogarah area.
Shall we throw mud on them too to beat into their brainless heads that
1. they HAVE GOT TO WADDLE A BIT QUICKER in responding the clients and
2. provide the service they have got us locked into
It's just unbelievable, several 3rd world countries I know (from personal experience) already have 4G coverage with 3mbps minimum internet speed!!!
Ugh!!!

I live & work in the Frankston area and recently (last 6 weeks) about 50% of my calls (3G iPhone) have been dropping out. Previously I've had no difficulties with coverage/reception but this new development is making me think very hard about staying with Vodafone when I upgrade to an iPhone4 very soon. Have had billing difficulties in the past but this was some years ago and was resolved successfully.

My wife and I have no reception whatsoever in the album wodonga area. We both rely on our mobiles for work and this is just rediculas. The coverage has been out since Friday and when I rang Vodafone to notify them I was told that the coverage and towers had no problems. He told.me that they would notify the technicians but nothing is working yet.

Another customer from the Albury area being left completely without coverage. At least this website lets me know that I'm not the only one, unlike the Vodafone website, which doesn't mention that anything is wrong at all. Of course, like many people these days I do not have a land line and thus cannot call them to complain if I have no service. I have emailed but have not received a reply as yet...
I thought I might have got reception at my work site today which is 40km to the north and usually gets reception. No luck there either, which makes working alone in an isolated area risky.
Not happy.

I live in QLD my husband is in VIC I spoke with him for 5min on Friday morning then couldn't get hold of him, where he is over 40 ppl with Voda have no network coverage, I spent from 8am Friday morning til 10am Saturday morning having them tell me over the phone that there is nothing wrong with the network and it was his phone, he took his phone to the local dealer only then to be informed that the problem is with the network, I pay damn good money to use this service only to be shafted. I am over the lack of network coverage and have decided to go to another carrier, even when I was only 20 mtrs away from my husband there was a lack of coverage

14908 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Useless at 29 Jan 2011 03:18:02 PM
After looking on Vodafone's website and seeing no outages in my area, I've spent the last 2 days trying to work out why my mobile has no reception. Thinking I needed a new SIM, I went to the local Vodafone shop only to find out they had numerous people with the same problem. Obviously an outage, but Vodafone assured me when I called them that everything is ok from their end and they will get in touch with me in 5 days(!) to tell me what my problem is. As my husband is also with them, I am not impressed. They need to inform customers instead of keeping them in the dark. And improve their service.

I am attempting to switch networks because I am sick of Vodafone screwing me over, but before I do I would like to use up the $90 of credit which has built up, and will run out in the next few days. So what does Vodafone do? Give me absolutely no reception anywhere in Albury so I have no way of using up my credit before I change. Thanks Vodafone!

No mess at all.
For any Vodaphone customers who have consistently bad reception or no reception, your carrier will let you out of your contract.
All you need do is doccument the instances and it is a fairly simple proceedure.
I have recently been through this with another carrier who could not supply coverage at my home at Southport on the Gold Coast and they credited my last bill and allowed me to keep my phones (3) at no charge.
The two year contract on three phones had been running for approx. five months at this time.
Good Luck.
Regards,
Mike

14893 Someone from ACT thinks vodafone is Epic at 29 Jan 2011 12:44:29 PM
I have just moved into a house in Lennox Head, NSW 2478. Up until now I have been 'ok' with vodafone. Not the best coverage in rural areas but I knew that when I signed up on my contract. However I now have minimal to no reception in my house while living in a township of 4000 people. It means I cannot receive work calls and am unavailable at times when I am needed most. I can however walk outside, sit on the grass of the footpath and make calls. It can drop out at anytime.
As for 3G... That 1GB data package I pay for is now completely useless.
I rang to see if I could do something to my phone - add an antennae - was on hold for half an hour, spoke to someone and then my phone dropped out. Surprise surprise he didn't call back.
Thanks vodafail

I have no security and keep getting a text book reply from over seas customer care. 14885 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is very disappointing at 29 Jan 2011 09:03:14 AM
I connected with Voda in OCT 2009 having worked for a local dealer in the past with no issues as far as reception is concerned. I connected on a $69 iPhone 3GS cap. Since approx OCT 2010 I have experienced a very significant drop in reception that is a result of moving suburbs. Now the suburb I am in is the same area that I previously worked as a Rep for. The degradation of the network was so severe that I was unable to even send a text from my house. So last week I called the CC and complained. They attempted to check the settings on my handset and agreed they were all fine, I then called back on a Saturday (last sat) and put in another complaint, they attempted to fix my issue again however were not able to so they opened an investigation. 5 days later they had not called me so this morning I called and asked on the status of the investigation. They concluded I was in a low coverage area and I could be released from my contract without penalty and would have to pay $150 to keep my handset (after bartering him down from $320). I am very happy with this as my account is in credit by $80 :). I went to telstra and am now the owner of an iPhone 4.
Throughout all this I was polite and calm and only asked that they see my point. I am happy with the Customer Service I received and feel they did actually try to fix the issue but honestly what can they REALLY do when its a network issue. Hope this all helps to all those wanting to leave, all up it took 10 days to be released from my contract on MY terms not thiers.

I have been a Vodafone custumer for 4.5 years now and in that time have been fairly happy with everything. But in the last 2-3 months I have had nothing but problems. Calls dropping out, text messages not sending, no network coverage in areas that are meant to have full coverage. It is starting to annoy the crap out of me as I rely on my phone for alot of things.

I stupidly and regratably switched across from 3 to vodafone and upgraded my phone with a 2 year plan. Now I am only able to get half the reception I used in both metro and country. 70 % of the time I try to use google or update emails I cant or phone cant connect to server. Im really pissed off I changed as I never had one problem with 3 ever

Hubby and I both have iPhones with Vodafone - neither of us has made or received a single call today that has not dropped out. Same for yesterday, and the day before, etc. Huge delays in in MMS messages arriving at their destination, completely unable to access the internet despite having apparently full 3G coverage, received calls going directly to voicemail despite phone being switched on and with apparently full 3G coverage. I think you get the general idea. Multiple attempts at contacting customer service, however our phones keep dropping out prior to completing our calls...

14850 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is EPIC Fail at 28 Jan 2011 05:25:25 PM
Mobile Device (iPhone) - little or no reception. Fluctuates between "no service", "searching" and one or two bars. Limited cellular data - 3G symbol is rarely there and often receive "you have no internet connection" when trying to access the internet. Incoming and outgoing calls drop out, cannot send MMS messages and SMS messages are delayed.
Pocket Wi-Fi - very very very slow. 3G drops in and out. Takes approximately 5 minutes for each page to load when I am able to access the internet.
I have called the call centre numerous times to complain, often being on hold for over an hour. I have received technical advice from the team to no avail.
I contacted the call centre again this morning and pleaded with them to be transferred to the cancellations team. I was given the option to pay out my contract or allow Vodafone to open an investigation. I opted for the investigation and have to wait 5 - 7 working days for an update on the situation. To make matters worse my call dropped out twice whilst speaking to the call centre this morning - apparently calls to 1555 drop out regularly and cannot be taken into consideration during the investigation.
It's just not fair ...

Where to start? Network is slow and drops out most of the time...especially in my area (Rothwell QLD). The texts I receive from Voda offering free calls and text messages and what not, but as soon as I top up I don't receive anything. I thought it was just my number but my partner is also with Vodafone and he has the exact same problem. Everytime I contact Vodafone service, not only is Lara annoying but the hold time is ridiculous. The last time I rang, it took me 2 days to get through. My friends and family are never able to contact me because when they call, it goes straight to voicemail even though the phone is not switched off. My mobile broadband was a waste of money as it's extreeeeeeeeeemely slow and I have to be sitting in a certain area in order for it to work. I have had it up to my eyeballs with Vodafone, it's definitely made me consider changing to another network.

seems to have gotten worse since they tok over the 3 Network..
maybe i'm actually on the old 3 Network and they are just calling it the voda network..?
whatever, its not acceptable to have a carrier like this operate in Australia

I was told that vodafone have 'good' network coverage where I like and so I joined a contract-24 months.

I rang and told them that I would not have evetered the contract if I had ahve known there wouldnt be good coverage but they did not care and said I couldnt break my contract without paying out the 24 months.

I constantly receive complaints from family and employer that they cannot reach me , even when my phone is showing full signal. I have even tested this by dialing my mobile from my landline at home & office. 2 out of 3 calls dont get through, saying "phone is switched off or not available or words to this effect". What rubbish. Also my messages dont arrive till at least 1 hour after sent by sender. Reception at various points in Sydney is also dismal. I have been complaining to Vodaphone since November. Have finally given them an ultimatum. I want to cancel my contract immediatly. Tech support has said that they want to do some further checking first, even though we have exhusted all avenues as suggested by Vodafone, change sim card etc. They said that they need 4 days to check their systems & get back to me. This is from 27.1.11
28 Jan 2011 10:02:48 AM: They normally do get back to you, but hold them to their word and the next time you speak to a rep tell them you shall be going to the TIO.........it has a tendency to focus their mindset!!!

The issue I keep having is calls going straight to voicemail. Ive tried different phones and it keeps happening. It also seems that the voicemails take increasinly long to be received. This is all occuring in full coverage areas. I had a total of 66 calls this month go to VM which I would presume is, compared to total calls recieved quite a high percentage.

14804 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Overcharged for 2.5 years due to misplaced contract at 28 Jan 2011 08:13:05 AM
Lack of response from Vodafone on a billing issue after calling and visiting their store numerous times. I received a text message from Vodafone that I owed $988. After calling their call centre I was told it was because I had exceeded my data usage and their solution was to block my ability to use the internet. My point to them was how can my bill go from approx $80 per month to $400 - $600 per month with no change in usage pattern, they said due to privacy restrictions they could not tell me what websites I visited which would have contributed to such a huge increase in data. I ended up going into a store who confirmed that the last contract they had on file was from 2006 and that had no data coverage at all. I explained that I did sign a contract in 2008 and was placed on a data plan. As they had no record of this contract, I brought a copy in for them the following day. It turns out they have been over charging me since September 2008, and in addition have been charging for my nominated "Vodafone friend" who I was meant to be getting free calls and text messages to.
28 Jan 2011 08:48:07 AM: Get in touch with the TIO - there is a complaint form on this website somewhere.
I did and problem sorted. Have email from 'Rebecca' stating I owe them nothing and let out of contract without penalties. I have reason to suspect their accounting is not just incompetence but outright fraud, given what they did to me.

7 Feb 2011 07:20:00 PM: Thanks, I lodged a complaint with TIO, heard back today from Vodafone and they are wiping the $1,300 (yep somehow there is another $300 unbilled charge). I'm definately changing providers after this is sorted!!
8 Feb 2011 03:28:56 PM: yes I just had the very same issue for $740 - couldn't explain why or what it was for!! Two weeks of back and forth and I finally logged with TIO - entire amount reversed after call from Syd Resolution centre 5 days after complaint was lodged.
7 Jun 2011 02:00:17 PM: I'm having the same issue, almost to the t so I've contacted the TIO and will see how it goes. My phone intermittently 'drops out' and callers hear a message that this phone has "incoming call restrictions" and cant get through to me, leave a voicemail, or even send a text.
At these times my phone reception still shows full network reception. This usually happens for an hour or two then seems to fix itself but is still very frustrating as i need my phone for work and it is a real problem when people cant get through.
I have contacted Vodafone many times about this problem and have received a variety of responses from it being my fault for pressing some mystery button or Nokia's fault i.e. a problem with the handset. It is NEVER a Vodafone problem. As Ive explained to them this happens to me with three different handsets (Nokia N8, 6110 and Ericsson k800i) so Im sure the fault is with the network...
Personally I think it happens when the network is congested.. but they would never admit to that...

Seriously,I suspect major hardware failure in their system and some serious issues with their networking devices. Something has gone wrong, and I do not know what it is. Does somebody actually know what is causing all these setbacks?
28 Jan 2011 10:22:34 AM: Suspect it is lack of investment for infrastructure over the last few years and the success of their marketing campaigns.......sadly biting them in the bum now!!!
29 Jan 2011 01:22:03 PM: i think it is the merge of equipment with three last year
14793 Someone from WA thinks vodafone is EPIC FAIL at 27 Jan 2011 11:58:47 PM
I am so sick of not having reception and not being able to connect to vodafone network!!!!!!! I pay $80 a month for a smart phone so I can access internet anywhere and yet I am never able to actually use it, in turn wasting $80 a month for nothing. Everytime I call nothing is ever resolved. Vodafone need to lift their game or let people leave their contracts. Its ridiculous!!!! Very angry!!!!

I am sick and tired of not being able to connect to the so called Vodafone Mobile Broadband service. I'm so disapointed at the level of customer service being provided. I'm constantly getting call dropouts in the city where one would think that the coverage would be better, and it just gets progressively worse as you head out to the suburbs.

27 Jan 2011 11:15:37 PM: @ 27 Jan 2011 11:54:55 PM There is something quite paradoxically ironic that you would suggest posting on here is a boring life when you have done the same.
31 Jan 2011 08:23:57 PM: Hey, they've got a point. maybe instead of getting upset and complaining, you can try to fix the problem. Yeah, I had a problem today, rang through to VF and had to wait on hold, had 3 dropped calls and had to explain my sittuation to 4 different people, but they all tried to help, and 3 of them ended up calling me back. I haven't got the issue fixed yet but they're trying. Why is it that I can go through that without ending up hating anyone or screaming at one of the staff or coming on here complaining, and other people can't. Seriously, it is just a phone. And I understand that people rely on these services, but you should always know that these things are never perfect. You can't honestly say that when you signed up for your contract that you thought every single thing would be 100% perfection. Maybe if you stuck with it, tried to get it fixed without yelling and screaming at the staff, then maybe you'd be having a better experience than what you are having now, without the frustration of having to get all up in a huff.
Please people, don't believe everything you read. I've had my share of problems, but MOST of the stuff in the media is complete rubbish. Some of the journalists are even under investigation. Yeah, vodafone has it's problems, as does any telco (maybe slightly diferent problems to other ones) but seriously, it's not worth getting so angry about.

I have been with Vodafone for years now and i have rang on numerous occassions as well as have gone into a vodafone store to enquire as to why there is no reception in Torquay and not one vodafone worker could answer my question. Vodafones reception in general has become disgusting. I am thinking of defintiely going to Optus.

14775 Someone from WA thinks vodafone is Shockingly bad at 27 Jan 2011 07:13:18 PM
Even though I am within 300 metres of a cell I keep losing the network.
It is so bad now that even Vodafail can't get through to me so they send their monthly accounts to me via my Telstra Mobile phone which I have for country use since there is no coverage for Voda statewide.
I originally went to Voda because they had a good deal on iphones. All I can do with my iphone3g is to use to access the internet via my own in house wireless system and also to play games.
I cannot make calls that are longer than 30 seconds and if I send a text I might get a reply within 3 hours or more.
My contract finishes in July. I will go back to Telstra. It may cost more but at least I will get full coverage.

27 Jan 2011 05:19:07 PM: nice paradox
28 Jan 2011 07:46:45 AM: One time when having an issue I asked to speak to someone in Australia and was told that service is one longer available. God only knows what else is not available.
28 Jan 2011 09:18:33 AM: Why does speaking to someone in Australia make a difference? You think if that were the case they'd drop the phone and run out and install a reception tower in your lounge room? Nothing short of racism to think it would make any difference to your reception.
28 Jan 2011 05:02:16 PM: That isnt a racist remark...I would also rather talk to someone about the reception problems that actually resides in the same country from the one where I am experiencing the difficulties. What happened to common sense?

So after experiencing constant dropouts, coverage fails and delayed SMS (great for when you're on call and the alerting uses sms...) I decided to call and lodge a second complaint.
Midway through my phone dropped out, the vodafone customer service rep called back, but because of the coverage dropout it went straight to voicemail. So far they are escalating to their network team, however this has been ongoing since I took up a vodafail service.
I am now looking at a second service with a different provider as I cannot use my phone reliably for work which is 100% the reason I purchased a smart phone with data.
I don't use the data service as it never works, I don't sync my email as it never works (works for all other users on non vodafone), I miss alert SMS's and have call dropouts.
Thanks Vodafone for the quality service!
Next stop will be the TIO and asking vodafone to release me from my contract.

I have been with Vodafone for about 12yrs this problem just seems to be getting worse over the last couple of years.
The customer service is shocking. If you manage to get past that machine named Lara all you get is "please hold, I'll pass you over to someone else, unfortunately bla bla bla......"your call is valuable to us". yeah right.
Just got a new contract late last year hope they get better or as soon as its up im out.

14749 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Money for nothing at 27 Jan 2011 01:49:07 PM
I signed up to a $49 cap with vodafone in September 2010. Ever since then, the internet connect has been pretty poor. In early Jan of this year, it became almost non existent - It now takes on average 45 seconds to download the google home page and at times it wont even do that. Forget watching any videos on you tube - 'network error' and checking emails - 'unable to load conversation'. I'm pretty reliant on email for work and study and I'm sure I'm not alone. I cant get ADSL at my home so I was hoping to supplement my Telstra wireless bigpond account with the 1.5GB (+ 1GB bonus) data allowance per month by using my phone as a portable wifi hotspot - sounded like a great idea but now I'm lucky to get 3 or 4 MB per day. I called vodafail a few times but like most of you, I dont really have the time to wait on hold for 30 - 60 mins. at a time. I eventually got through and spoke to a man in a call centre who informed me that I should try switching the phone off and on again and see if that makes a difference or try the SIM in another handset - why would I need to try another handset? I have a brand new handset provided by vodafail. He told me that a 'team' of engineers would investigate the problem and get back to me in 4 -5 days....that was 5 days ago. Just sent a complaint to the TIO. I'm tired of being ripped off and I want out.... hello Telstra.

14743 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Poor reception at 27 Jan 2011 01:00:43 PM
I joined up with Vodafone last April and have had some issues with delayed voicemail, intermittently. No missed called alert, just a delayed voicemail either hours or sometimes days late.
2 weeks ago, I had a bigger issue. I suddenly had no reception in my house...for 3 days. I could send and receive text messages, though they were delayed and some never arrived, but could no make or receive calls. At this time I tried all the customer service numbers, but as soon as I indicated that I was having technical difficulties or wished to make a complaint, the call was disconnected. This lack of customer service compounded the problem for me,in a huge way. I went into my local Vodafone store and was told,in the nicest possible way, that they could do nothing.
I work in the emergency services and need to be contactable at all times. I don't have a landline as I work shifts and its just easier if I can be contacted on a single number. I missed several calls for overtime that resulted in me losing a lot of money. So not only was I not receiving the service I was paying for, but the company has cost me a lot in missed earnings.
When I could finally get through to the service department and was told that my problem would be looked into.By this time my phone was working inside again, so of course they found there was no problem.
Yesterday, the same thing happened and when I called the technical department (on someone elses phone so it wasn't a free call) I was told to switch over to the 2G network. This seemed to fix the problem, but I'm not really satisfied as I have to keep swapping over when I'm home and if I forget, my phone is out of commission.
All I want is to get out of my contract. I feel that I have upheld my side of the contract by paying my bill, but I am not being provided with the service I'm paying for, so in my opinion Vodafone is in breach of their side of the contract. Of course its not as easy as this, these companies protect themselves with little thought to the lack of service and inconvenience to their customers.

I wanted to have my Blackberry Storm unlocked so that I can switch to another provider as soon as my contract expires. The Vodafone store manager at Westfield Miranda who was quite rude, arrogant and unfriendly to my wife and I, told us that he cannot do it and I must go online to have it unlocked. He told us the Blackberry and my wife's Samsung phone would be unlocked for free. When I went online, the Vodafone unlocking site tells me I must pay $25. Either the store manager doesn't know his job, or he was lying to get us out of his shop. I dont expect I will get a response to the email, but hey, I have to try. If this is not resolved in the next week or so, I see little alternative but to join the Vodafone class action suit, and hope that will bring about some real change to Vodafones poor network and customer service.

Havent had any reception for past 24hrs, attended local vodafone store to be told that technicians are working on problem but sales guy had no idea of when problem would be fixed. Sales guy said no idea if customers would be compensated in any way, no idea whether vodafone would be able to contact me with enticement to stay with service as contract almost up. He scrawled my details onto a page with about 20 other numbers and names handwritten. He didnt even try to appease me and was more disinterested than anything.
Sick of short battery life, delayed voice messages and drop outs! this has been worse in recent years, Ive been with them for 16 years-all fool me!!

14729 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is continuing to fail at 27 Jan 2011 10:02:48 AM
With no coverage at my business (previously reported and for which Vodafone will not do anything), I am now resorting to connecting with some of my customers and suppliers by text using Skype over the internet. I am paying for Vodafail to provide NO service, I am paying for my broadband connection and I am having to pay a small fee to Skype for a service I should have to fuss with. To receive texts, I have to walk 100 metres up the hill for coverage, which I do several times a day to see who's trying to contact me. Calls constantly dropping out but this has become so normal as to be almost commonplace.

27 Jan 2011 09:14:50 AM: Escalate your issue to the TIO...Check out the How To Complain link for more information.
27 Jan 2011 09:37:05 AM: Guys, You cant escalate to TIO for anything. the TIO are gonna start getting pissed!. You did the wrong thing by just going ahead and getting a new contract. I mean Yes its a pain how bad the wait times are but you need to try sort out things before you take the leap to another operator. Handset issues are not grounds for contract cancellation. As long as vodafone continue to try and fix your issue with the handset there is nothing they are doing wrong from TIO's perspective. By refusing to pay it all you are achieving is a bad credit rating. Honestly mate your gonna be stuck with this bill now as ill be very surprised if the TIO will help you.
27 Jan 2011 09:43:24 AM: TIO will not get pissed, they are there as a last resort and to try and sort these issues out. He has tried everything with Vodafone, they are unwilling to assist or offer him what they promised, so his next logical step is the TIO.
Give it a go, the worst they can say is there is nothing they can do :)

27 Jan 2011 09:54:08 AM: I cant believe they have not even offered to send it for repair. This is standard process. if you call TIO make sure you tell them they have not offered you a repair. They may not be able to help you out your contract but you will at least be able to get a new phone out of it....which im sure is not really what you want....I suspect you had a Nokia N8? Heard of PLENTY of issues with those babies.
27 Jan 2011 10:04:08 AM: Go to the TIO straight away.
27 Jan 2011 01:03:38 PM: The repair on phones only took effect in Jan 2010, he needs to take it in to nokia to check the N97. I was in the same boat with my N97.
He refused Vodafone's 10% off the bill. That was their help, but was refused, doubt the TIO will help there.

27 Jan 2011 01:32:19 PM: As a customer he has a right to refuse 10% off!!!
Take it to the TIO straight away, the TIO will help.

2 Feb 2011 10:58:45 PM: Pretty much what they said. There are policies in place and unfortunately if you blatantly don't follow them, there's not much you can do. Rules are rules.
5 Feb 2011 08:17:01 PM: Legislation should be changed to ensure that phones are implicitly guaranteed for the term of the contract they are sold for.

Have had bad reception for goodness knows how long. Finally called them last friday and they said give them a week to fix it. I have given them time and at first it appeared as if my reception was improving but it would go from full reception to no recpetion. And now for the last 24 hours i have had no network. I am furious and will be walking into the store today to sort this out, as iam unable to call them due to my phone having no network.
You may need to think of alternatives.
Please use the On Hold Again? located at the top of the page to record your experience.
If you have tried to contact Customer Care without success or not to your satisfaction the next step is to contact the TIO.
The details may be found on the tab How To Complain located at the top of the page.
Good luck and let us know how you get on!!!
