26 Mar 2012 - Update Highest Rated Pain Stories Highest Rated Gain Stories Vodafail Local Facebook Page
Dear visitor,

Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced by Vodafone customers.

Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders. You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.

Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.

More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly. Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints. The site will remain online for as long as possible as a reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.

It has been a privilege to run this initiative and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.

You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.

Until next time,

Adam Brimo

3680 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Extremely fail at 27 Dec 2010 04:28:54 PM
A customer for over 13 years the reception has never been worse!! I originally joined Vodafone because they bragged of the best coverage in the country, and for a while this was true however this year 2010 I have had many drop outs, messages not sent, very poor reception everywhere, water noise when I attempt to call someone instead of a connected call. My texts, when they are sent through arrive hours late. Voicemail notifications never come through either, neither do most calls. My husband who is also a Vodafone customer is impossible to get a hold of and doesn't
receive my texts till after we go to bed (I send them during the working day). To top things off it's impossible to speak to an Aussie who has any idea as to what I'm trying to say and we were told last week when we called re our problems that there was nothing wrong with the network.
Very disappointed in Vodaphone and desperate to get out!

I was with 3 and the service and coverage was appalling at best. I quit my planearly and switched to vodaphone that people I knew had coverage in my area. Then vodaphone merged with 3 and the coverage at my house got even more pathetic. I cannot move if I am actually able to get a connection, and even without moving my phone constantly drops out. I like in Pymble, in the middle of Sydney, not far from the pacific highway, so no excuses. I cannot send a text, my phone never rings at home and I only know that I have voicemail when I ring the phone. Everyone thinks I have constantly got my phone turned off, but it is never off. I have no internet coverage and textx rarely go through.

3673 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is HUGE FAIL at 27 Dec 2010 04:28:09 PM
I signed up for a 24 month contract with Vodafone through Crazy Johns. Both companies have proved to be joke of an organisation. After ample problems with my mobile from the very beginning including:

-short battery life
-no reception
-dropping out of internet and applications every day!
- no reply when I message the balance account number
-they set up to automatically pay my phone bill from my bank account even though I certainly did NOT authorise this, therefore I would pay for my bill and they would take the money out of my account and therefore taking double the payment. They also denied activating this without my permission.
-constant problems with my phone, I have spent so much wasted time and money both on the phone and in the store to this company.
-I was advised by staff members both in Vodafone and Crazy Johns stores in Penrith to pretend to "lose" my phone and then claim it on insurance in order to get a brand new phone. Therefore they advised me to commit fraud.
-After a constant battle with vodafone over the unsatisfactory quality of my mobile phone I sent it in again to be fixed. they then sent it back and said it had liquid damage and that I need to pay for a new phone. I look after my phone very thoroughly and never spilt liquid on it or anything close. They said they would email me the photographic evidence, an email which of course was never sent to me. After I contacted them numerous times to have this email sent to me, it still never was. my phone has since run out of warranty and I am too bloody tired of all this crap to keep chasing it up.

I am so tired of this constant battle with these companies. I will never be returning to Vodafone's service after my contract is complete and I am advising my friends and family to do the same.

3664 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Lost a 12 year customer! at 27 Dec 2010 04:27:38 PM
I have been with Vodafone since 1998.

I have been pretty happy (obviously).

Since I signed my last contract in June 2008 I have had non-stop issues with Vodafone.

First it was billing issues, and now it is constant dropped calls and poor reception.

I have been living at my current address for 5 years and had no issues, in the last month or more I have had next to no reception, and on some days I cannot even get ANY reception.

I'm also so F'in sick of Lara - "she" needs to be taken out back and put to sleep! I'm sure the boffins and marketing "gurus" at Vodafone think she "humanises" the customer service experience.... I'd prefer to have to go 10 menus deep selecting from up to nine numbers at each level than listen to her false "chirpy, friendly, ever so (NOT) helpful "voice"".

I had Christmas SMS messages I sent to friends that were received on the 27th!!! EXPRESS POST letters would get there quicker!!!

Considering their network cannot handle the voice/data needs of existing customers Vodafone should be BANNED from acquiring new customers until they can properly provide for their existing users.
27 Dec 2010 04:29:37 PM: Oppps - that was meant to be June 2009...

I cannot wait until June 2011 comes round... I will take much pleasure in informing Vodafone I will never be a customer of theirs again!!
27 Dec 2010 04:32:56 PM: Just signed up for the lawsuit... I am usually against such trawling for lawyers fees, but Vodafone deserve it, I'll give the lawyers 100 percent of any damages they win - just on the principle of showing Vodafone they suck sweaty, smell, hairy nuts

3659 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Constant drop outs and lengthy delays on texts at 27 Dec 2010 04:26:37 PM
Still got 12 months to run - suffering constant drop outs, long delays in receiving texts, appalling coverage in too many places. I had CAREFULLY checked with Vodafone re coverage as had them before 10 years ago- they lied! Coverage had only MARGINALLY improved in 10 years, shocking. Getting text and emails on PC so much quicker than on mobile, sometimes arrive on mobile HOURS after received on PC! Vodafone, spend the money to fulfil your promise of network coverage and phone connections, us customers need the basics to be covered!

3649 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is EPIC FAIL!!! at 27 Dec 2010 04:26:09 PM
I use my phone for work, and there is nothing more frustrating than having clients complain about how they CANNOT get a hold of me, and how they just go to voicemail without the phone actually ringing!! On top of this when I can actually dial through to listen to my voicemails, I can't always call people back even though I apparently have full reception!! I have been with vodafone for the last 4 years, and now I'm contracted for another 2 years (epic fail on my behalf). I'm more often than not in credit when I pay my bills, and ALWAYS polite to customer service when I finally get through to someone. The least they can do is actually povide a service that works! That is after all what I'm paying for. Not paying them again till their service actually works, and moving to telstra!

3641 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Slow 3G wireless at 27 Dec 2010 04:25:27 PM
I live in Nth Illawarra, for the last 10 weeks the Vodaphone 3g wireless broadband has been very slow. From the exact same position in my house the signal strength varies so much from "very poor" to "very good" but averages "poor." Consequently using the Internet is usually SLOW. A month ago I found it impossible to make a phone call complaint to them, so I emailed them. A Dirk emailed back and said to call them and that my email complaint status was "resolved." Wrote back to Dirk and said it was not resolved and to answer my email, instead another direction to ring them, What a ruse to piss off legitimate complaining customers. After this I actually got thru and logged my complaint, never heard from them again since (well over 3 weeks ago). Extremely poor customer service, am seriously considering sending a letter to Vodaphone soon saying they are in breach of contract and I will not pay my monthly installment. So glad Vodaphone are receiving so much bad publicity, I will never recommend them, crap 3 G wireless broadband and even crappier (non-existant) customer complaint handling. What makes me even madder is they spend big money sponsering V8 Supercars and the cricket - how about spending it on delivering its contracted serice reliably and not so slow.
29 Dec 2010 10:09:31 AM: Interested in chatting to Vodafone customers in the Illawarra for a story in the Illawarra Mercury. If you'd like to help out, email Matt at mjones@illawarramercury.com.au. Thanks.

After 2 hours on hold speaking with different sections I was asked if I wanted to cancel. In the end the contract was cancelled because of their inability to provide the service as contracted.

i have a blackberry storm that is supposed to offer great things, but saddly vodafone does not supply a quality service.
prior to the 3g changeover the service was bearable, but it has gone backwards since then.
i pay $69 a month, plus $10 for data. but it's just a hit and a miss. if i send a text to my wife(who is also on vodafone), in the morning, 9 times out of 10 the message arrives in the afternoon.
the service is nothing short of a joke.

Im a local business owner on the central coast NSW Australia who needs phone to work.
I have multiple call drop outs daily, 3G does not work at all. Other data is super slow.

I was advised by Vodaphone customer service to sim swap, did that, got 2 new handsets and the issues still remains.

All the above issues and Im trying to run a business with no or very poor telecommunication. Vodaphone customer service would not cooperate and there offer was $100 credit towards my bill.

My issue have been ongoing for in excess of 6 months. $100 does not cut it.....

Well i am a customer of Voda threw mobile and internet, I have made several complaints about my internet service to many of their customer team members and they still refuse to do anything about making myself as a customer a satisfied person, only reason i am still with them is cause i am on a contract and i deff will not continue with this company after my contract has ceased.
When i 1st applied for the internet i asked the customer service member what the reception would be like in the area which i live and she replied me excellent and u will be very satisfied, little did i know that was a very un true answer and i have had nothn but poor 2 very poor service since being on the vodaphone contract..Great site 2 complain cause there is no real point in callin them cause not only dont they listen but they dont do anything to make the customer happy and want to stay with them, but quite often i have had the vodaphone team member close the call on me...I HATE VODAPHONE and i can not wait till my contract is over...Thanx!!!

I changed from Vodafone to Optus more than 2 years ago because of continual drop outs on Vodafone's network coverage and voice mail messages continually not being received until the following day particlarly on Friday afternoons.

3622 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Ate Their own words at 27 Dec 2010 04:24:29 PM
After months of cold calls from the tele giant, they finally got hold of me to upgrade to a iPhone. I said why not it's for free but on a 99cap (business mind you). Excited to get the phone I had excessive dropouts and bad data transfer rates. After days of complaints, I screamed my brains out to the operator to speak to the managing supervisor. They tried to tell me the network has trouble supporting that phones frequency. ( What The? You offered me the upgrade). Eventually I threatened to take them to consumer affairs and they waived the disconnection and fee and gave me the option to return the phone (DID I... Nop) Im with optus now
And I'm happy as Larry. Not only that vodafone are still sending me bills that I'm in $300 credit even though I disconnected a year ago. Worst Service Ever. Eat Shit Vodafone!!!

3619 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Pathetic at 27 Dec 2010 04:24:24 PM
Constant drop out in signal within the Sydney Metropolitan Area, mainly in areas from around Leichhardt to Strathfield. I travel this route to and from work everyday, I constantly experience a loss in signal and have to turn my iphone off and back on again to re-gain the signal. I have informed Vodafone of this probelm, I even managed to get ahold of a tech and he is aware of the problem, which exists for thousands of vodafone customers in the Sydney metro area, and Vodafone will apparently look into it. I also enquired about ungrading my iphone to a new iphone 4, and have been informed by several Vodafone customer service team members that in order to upgrade my iphone (which other carriers do for free), that i would have to cancel my current contract, pay out the difference and then sign up to a new contract.... what a rort that is!! No thanks.

Constantly have poor reception and internet connection. Phone drops out of reception and I can't make or receive phone calls. I work on call for a major hospital in outer Sydney which the drop out could cause a major issue. I have had to maintain my home line service so I can be contacted by work because I can't depend on my vodafone reception, so this is a added monthly cost for me. Internet connection poor, and recently couldn't get the internet to connect when I was in the middle of Sydney. I travelled to Mongolia a few months ago and the phone reception offer by the Mongolian telco was a 100% better than the service I get from Vodafone!!!!

trying to run a small 2 man buisness is hard enough but last month a long time customer rang me on my home phone after tracking me down through the white pages,
it took him 3 hours to find me. he was trying to call me on my vodafail mobile to give me some plumbing work that was worth about $2,000.00 to me and had been calling for days, getting recorded messages saying that the line was disconnected, no service , please check this number and the like.
he even gave me a print out of every call he'd made as it was logged on his computer.
what i'd like to know is how many times over the last 2 years has this happened without somebody trying to track me down, how much buisness have i lost! i feel like a fool for beliving these guys. shame on you vodafone, in 10 days my contract is up and i'll go to either optus or telstra but i'll allways be wondering how much i've lost by trusting me most precious buisness tool to vodafail for the past 2 years, shame on me, but more is the shame on you!

Since signing up for mobile plan 12 months ago i rarely can take or make a call from my own house. Reception around the Newcastle area is dismal at best especially considerind it is now 2010. Have wasted so much time and money trying to access voicemail just to be cutoff just as the msg starts to play and have to call again. Worst is I was told it would cost me $700 to get out of my contract. Glad there are so many more in the same position and that now something may be done about it.

3580 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is unbelievable at 27 Dec 2010 04:21:47 PM
I joined Sept. 2009 on a 2 year plan of 1gb monthly for $25.
Every month I was charged $30 and nobody in customer service (Cairo) could help, although in the Upgrade Dept. (Tasmania) they could tell me I was being overcharged.
In the end I upgraded to 3gb monthly for $30 as I was being charged for that amount anyway, it was a complete disaster and I cannot wait to change providers, also I was told before I joined I could get 3G, that was also a complete fabrication on Vodafone's part.
When I kept losing 3G I rang customer service and was told my area couldn't provide 3G and would have to use a system as slow as dial-up.
WILL NEVER USE VODAFONE AGAIN. Thank you, it is good to know I am not the only one. Jim Wright.

First, their customer service is a sham. Several times I had some queries and needed to talk to someone but as soon as I've heard machine "Hi! My name is Lara..." I knew I was there for wait at least 15min to get to the real person. I timed the longest waitings which were 37min and 43min after I dropped, couldn't handle it anymore. Often customer service people contradict themselves and all of these add up to the frustration. Plus, I started this year with $49 plan and Nokia 6710 Navigator phone which prooved to be the worst phone possible with several troubles which are pretty common for that model (if I read reviews I wouldn't have choosen this phone ever).

3570 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is The worst company ever at 27 Dec 2010 04:21:03 PM
Last year I was without phone or internet coverage for 34 days!! And I lived in Dulwich Hill, about 10 mins from the city. I spent at least 16 hours on the phone (from various locations other than my home) trying to sort the issue out. Because I was under contract, vodaphone refused to let me go with another provider without paying a $760 exit fee (at this stage I had been with out service for about 25 days and I lived alone ). They finally released me from my contract on day 34 and I went with another provider. They then stuffed up the paper work and sent me a letter threatening legal action for breach of contract,...then when I called there was no record of the conversation that released me from my contract. It wasn't until I absolutely broke down that they transfered my call to Australia and it was sorted once and for all. The whole ordeal lasting over 2 months!!!

I have had countless dropouts and lagging of internet coverage with my iPhone through vodafone. My mother has an iPhone with telstra and it always has perfect coverage. Pull your heads in vodafone and start giving service to the people who pay your wages. I will never go with vodafone for another service in my life nor will I recommend it.

3561 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is disappointing at 27 Dec 2010 04:20:36 PM
I bought a $ 99 / 6G wifi stick with 3 months use limit for my laptop to use in country NSW at a town called Gunning while working there. It's about 1/2 hr west from Goulburn NSW and about a bit further in distance/time to Canberra ACT south. Vodafail coverage maps showed the area well in the "Total Coverage" area. It was on this information and assurances from the dealer that I purchased the stick from that it would deliver. Not only did it not work there at all, it hardly worked in Goulburn, a significantly major city center. It constantly dropped out there rendering any internet void. Vodafail took my money, assured me it would provide a service & did not deliver. There was still about 5.85G on the stick when the 3 months expired. Now I got a this wifi stick and I don't need it now that I'm back to my cable as the job in the country is complete. Thanks vodafail, it's got to be the easiest 100 bucks you made. I guess I & others could operate like you lot too. You know...like take your money FIRST to say....paint your Vodafail sign purple instead of red or just not do it at all... but where would we all be if we treated our customers like you do?

i have a blackberry storm that is supposed to offer great things, but saddly vodafone does not supply a quality service.
prior to the 3g changeover the service was bearable, but it has gone backwards since then.
i pay $69 a month, plus $10 for data. but it's just a hit and a miss. if i send a text to my wife(who is also on vodafone), in the morning, 9 times out of 10 the message arrives in the afternoon.
the service is nothing short of a joke.

3556 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Astronomical! at 27 Dec 2010 04:20:18 PM
I've actually managed to get rescinded from my contract, but it took 2 months. They tried to sell my handset back to me but then gave me the wrong unlocking code twice and only left one more chance. They then waited right up until my bill was due to give me the code after I screamed at them. They just wanted their money before they helped out. My longest wait on line was 1 hour and 35 minutes and I still didnt get anyone and hung up. I've fought this fight since the 20/10/10 along with my wife's line, but each time you ring up you got someone different with a different view and opinion. From what I learnt the lady who handled my initial complaint actually left the company herself! Just not before resolving mine.
Anyway, we've now moved over to Telstra and Vodafone is trying to get $68.18 out of me for the phone which I returned and have the tracking number, and over $630 for my wife's which she also returned. They refuse to give us an email or anything in writing and now we dont get the freecall to them because we're with Vodafoone. My advice to everyone is stay on top of this class action and send your complaint to the TIO. Vodafone dont give one i-ota about us as customers, just money. Its a sinking ship and I'm disappointed massively after 10 years with them. They wont see me back regardless of the carrots they wave.

We recently signed up to an iPhone with vodafone. The service is crap with constant no service in areas where friends who are on telstra or optus have full bars. How is this possible Vodafone? I also find that text msgs to other vodafone customers do not get through at the time they are sent.....rather 5 hours later....I am glad someone has the guts to stand up to them. I will never go with vodafone for any service again. Although I am unable to get out of my contract without paying it out I hope this site ensures that they don't get any further customers. Maybe they should stop sponsoring and paying those cricket stars for the ads and put the money they pay them into making our service better. After all we are the people who pay their wages.

3511 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Terrible beyond Bad at 27 Dec 2010 04:16:39 PM
To be fair I have a company phone but I believe I should also be part of this website. I have numerously complained to our HR department on how bad the drop outs and the time to receive messages. All our sales reps have the same problem. We would be talking to a customer and all of the sudden with full reception bar, the calls just dropped out. We have to make the call again to complete our conversation. At times we have to do this 3 or 4 times to complete a business deal. When one of us send a message, especially with hot deals for customers, the receiver doesn't receive the message till 3 or 4 hours later. Few times I receive messages up to 24 hours later.
Looks like they don't care what we feel as long as they are paid for the 3 or 4 calls we made to complete the conversation.
Vodafone, get more financial help from your UK head office and upgrade your network!!!!!

Not only is this service bad (I have now changed to Amaysim) but its fees are over the top. The amount of money they must spend on sponsoring the Cricket Test matches and also a yacht on the Sydney to Hobart must be astronomical. 3473 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Extremely!! at 27 Dec 2010 04:14:11 PM
I have been with Vodafone for two years, until early November I'd had no network problems so re-signed for another two years and bought a HTC Desire HD. BIG MISTAKE. I don't know whether the phone is partly the problem, or whether it's purely down to the poor coverage and service from Vodafone, but from the day I brought the phone home I have had problems. If I am lucky enough to get a 3G signal in my apartment - which is one train stop from Sydney CBD, so should, theoretically be a full coverage area - it lasts only a minute, so making calls, keeping the call going, and being able to hear the person I am speaking with is difficult. As I write this I am unable to make calls or receive calls at all, it has been the same since 11am, so seven hours so far today. And it isn't the first time.

When out and about I'm unable to surf the web, Facebook doesn't update and accessing email takes a long time, and often times out. Twice now my phone has completely frozen, meaning I lost all call information and texts; very annoying!

Oddly, my husband has a basic Nokia phone which is connected to the Vodafone 3G network, he has no signal problems in our apartment, and rarely drops calls, so I am wondering whether the Vodafone network problems are magnified when using iPhones or Android phones; does anyone think that makes sense? Is it technically feasible?

I have called Vodafone Customer 'Care' on numerous occasions; I can't recall a more frustrating experience. I was passed from 'Customer Care' to 'Upgrades' to "Tech Support' repeatedly, each time I was told only another department could help me. The 2.5 hours I spent arguing with the sales rep in the Vodafone store saw me leave with a replacement phone, but of course that didn't solve any of the network problems.

Does anyone know where dissatisfied customers stand legally if they simply stop using the Vodafone network, and stop paying the monthly bill? As far as I can tell, Vodafone are not upholding their side of the contract, so does that give due cause to pull out?

Me, my mum, and my stepdad are all on vodafone and we can NOT call each other when one of the person's in the call is at home. We live in balgowlah in sydney, central, in what should be perfect coverage, however we just get NO reception at our house. Mum and I can stand next to each other in the kitchen and try call each other and the call won't even go through. If someone is out and tries to ring one of us at home, it usually takes them a few 'call dropped's to get our phone to actually ring, and then if we don't run to the very few areas of the hosue where there is one bar of reception, we aren't able to make a decent phone call. I would understand if we lived way out in the bush that we would have dodgy recepction but in the middle of suburbia on sydnye's northern beaches is rifdiculous. Not to mention i can NEVER connect to the vodafone WAP while i amout and about in manly, balgowlah, and similar suburbs. its actually ridiculous how delayed our texts are to each other, and we now call the home phone and pay rather than try and actually get through on our mobiles to each other. To have a 5 minute conversation in my house you have to make 5 calls, as there is never any reception in the house, and the phone always drops out. Nice to know they are charging a connection fee for every one of those 5 calls.

Have come from the UK 3 months ago, where I was fine on my Vodafail contract. Signed up the wife and I for Vodafone when we got here, and was astounded to find that could not receive international SMS's despite signing up for that. Spent more than a considerable amount of HOURS attempting to get through, at first I was told the problem was with those overseas not Vodafone and the phone was put down on me. When called back again, after an hour I was told that there was a problem with 0426 codes and it would be dealt with in two weeks! No apology, no callback to advise when connected. This was two months ago. I still cannot receive international texts from everybody who has claimed they have attempted to send them. I cannot spend more and more time holding on for rude and disgraceful customer service. You are a total disgrace, and this is not what I signed up for.

After two years of paying $115.00 per month for what was originally a $79 Cap, i dropped my Iphone. Ofcourse, the screen cracked. After being told to take out handset insurance when i had signed up incase that very thing happened, i was told by a Vodafone rep after a 40 minute wait on hold, that no, handset insurance does not cover a cracked screen. Then to be further told that it would cost $150.00, and my phone would be sent away "for a week or two". The level of "customer service" (term used lightly), is so poor. McDonalds probably has better service. Jeez, thanks Vodafone, my loyalty over the past 15 years has obviously been appreciated by the company! I pay Vodafone $130 a month but I'm not sure what I am paying for as their service regularly drops out and prevents me from making calls. I have been experiencing trouble in Sydney for months. At one point, I was unable to make any calls at all for a full week. Thanks for nothing Vodafone. I hope the class action is successful. I would love to cancel my contract but that would mean giving them more of my money.
Another problem I would like to highlight is their crappy customer service. You are forced to wait on hold for at least 20 minutes and the staff usually are unable to solve the problem. I then tried an email form and that took one week for a reply which was generic anyway. On MyVodafone I cannot access my past bills and noone seems to be able to help me, but magically their payment system never fails! Vodafone you suck.

3432 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Epic fail at 27 Dec 2010 04:11:25 PM
I have been with vodadone for years now and am still not a satisfied customer as every year they promise that things are getting fixed and will be better! My bills are always too much my reception and drop out phone calls are a joke! My simcard when getting the new iPhone 4 failed 3 times and I was not reimbursed for any of my troubles, vodafone should be sued or take this serious and make there customers happy!!

3430 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Extremely Poor Reception at 27 Dec 2010 04:11:14 PM
For many months I had my phone connected to a vodafone service. We live in Metford and had no bars on our reception. Vodafone offices still continue to sell phones in our area where the reception is poor. Because I had such poor reception I went into the Greenhills store and told them that they ethically should not sell phones to people who live in the Metford area as no reception exists. The customer service officer seemed non plussed. I believe that they still sell phones to customers living in Metford. Moved to Telstra and reception is full.

So sick of Vodafone Customer Service. They put you on Hold for over 40mins, Then the line cuts out, or should i say they hang up, so you call back get put on hold for another 40mins, finally when someone from INDIA answers they don't even know what you want and really don't get what you want done.. they think that we have nothing better to do than to be put on hold for such a long time.... not including stuffing up my bill so many times. Seriously hate Vodafone will never consider joining up with them ever again.
