Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

1063 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Useless provider at 19 Dec 2010 08:07:46 PM
Im on Vodafone pre-paid, been with them for about 9 years. I've not been able to get a balance on 1555 for months, when dialled a voice system says something like 'ok you want a balance, just a minute...to get a balance simply call 1512 from your mobile". I mean what the...
Then today I tried to send a text message, then got 7 texts instantly from Vodafone advising that i had insufficent funds. I tried to recharge online, but the system was down..an online message advised this. So I then went out to buy a recharge voucher, followed the instructions (dial 1511, but the options were different to those printed on the voucher. A voice system kept asking me to enter the invoice or mobile number i wished to pay followed by the hash key) Each time I entered it the voice said "i'm sorry, please enter the invoice or mobile number you want to pay". So in complete frustration I called 1555 (customer service), but was put into another 'merry go round', where I could speak to no-one, after trying all of the different options I did get through to someone...In India, how the hell could he possibly help me...well he tried and wished me a good day and put me through to 'someone who could help', the message "Hi welcome to Vondafone, the area you are calling is closed, we are open tomorrow from *am to *pm". I am moving away, this company is BAD!, and they leave their customers in the dark.

1061 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Fixed my vodafone, kind of at 19 Dec 2010 08:03:33 PM
I moved from the iPhone to the HTC Desire HD, and the internet is faster, get less drop outs and better signal everywhere. Vodafone's network is still quite bad, but the Desire HD works much better on their crummy network than the iPhone, so perhaps people should change to the Desire HD, it is a much better phone as well, I moved from the iPhone 4
1060 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Highway Robbers! at 19 Dec 2010 07:39:18 PM
Have been with Vodafone now for almost 3 months....and I can safely say that their Service is CRAP! I get almost no reception at my house....calls dropout....and call quality is very very poor. But hey....Vodafone is still getting my $60 every month!! Please help me get out of my CONTRACT !!!!!!!!

I recently swapped from optus because i was having serious similar problems with them. But i think i might jump ship and go to Telstra. Yep i said it. Vodafone is so fail im turning to Telstra... Thansk for nothing Vodafail.
1058 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is not functioning on the lower north shore of Sydney at 19 Dec 2010 07:29:03 PM
Don't continue paying for a service they can't provide....lodge a complaint with the TIO and get out of your contract and switch to a company that can actually provide calling facilities and a 3G network.... what you have been paying Vodapain for and they have NOT been providing!
1057 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Non-existent internet and poor poor coverage at 19 Dec 2010 07:26:35 PM
I am so angry with vodafone. I am disgusted that they can get away with providing such poor service and coverage. My internet rarely works, compared to my friends on Optus and Telstra, the coverage area is just terrible. My phone is often out of serivce. I often receive messages hours after they have been sent to me and sometimes don't receive messages at all. Messages that I send are sometimes never received. I will be changing as soon as my contract is up and telling everyone I know to steer clear of vodafone. I can't believe they are able to get away with this, as far as I am concerned they are fraudulently operating as they are not providing the service that they advertise and they are well aware of this.

1055 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is First class fail at 19 Dec 2010 07:20:36 PM
Been with Vodafail for three weeks and havent been able to send a single email from my iphone. When I contacted customer service they told me that this had been the case for SOME CUSTOMERS for some time and couldnt tell me when it would be fixed. Would they let me know when email was back up? Oh no that would be customer service and vodafail don't do that!
1054 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is FUCKING PACK OF CUNTS at 19 Dec 2010 07:18:11 PM
i've been on hold for an hour and a half and this is the fifth fucking time i've had to call in less than a month. fix the data network, fix the call centre waiting time, fix your god damn website. if that automated voice tells me one more fucking time to "hang in there, we'll be with you really soon" i swear to god i will smash this phone in to a million little pieces
1053 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is No network coverage at 19 Dec 2010 07:13:32 PM
No network coverage at home for 2 days. On and off coverage in other areas for the last 4 days. Can't go out as I am on emergency call and can't guarantee that Vodafone will be working. I have to stay near the landline; So much for Christmas shopping food and otherwise. Try ringing Vodafone and Lara says ring monday. Reading other posts tell me that people have been waiting for 4 hours for help from Vodafone. Will Vodafone pay me the $35/hour I will have to lose to contact them? Oh no I can't, my landline has to be kept free in case work needs to contact me. For this the family pays over $200/month for 3 phones. And fee Vodafone to Vodafone, Hah.

1051 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is Total Fail at 19 Dec 2010 06:57:06 PM
Vodafone couldn't even manage to get me signed up to a contract, let alone provide me with a bad phone service LOL & by the sounds of this site, I'm just happy now they failed at even that. After sending off scans of passport, credit cards, bank statements & Vodafone taking them over 4 days and 5 emails, they just rejected my application for a contract - no reason whatsoever & downright rude reply, even though my credit history is AAA. Total waste of my time & effort, but after reading through this site I'm now thanking my lucky stars.

1048 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Horrendous!!! at 19 Dec 2010 06:25:34 PM
I've been with vodafone for about 10 years now and it's never given me any dramas. For weeks now I've had drama's with my coverage and I've spent hours and hours on the phone to customer service with the majority of it being on hold. I haven't been able to log into my account on the vodafone website for a month now too and when I call them they just keep telling me it's being worked on. I have since asked for a copy of my bill so I can see why I've got a bill that's way over what it normally is and I was told I'd have a copy in 48hrs, it's been over 5 days and I'm still waiting. I'm sick of sitting on hold with vodafone.
1047 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Useless at 19 Dec 2010 06:11:24 PM
On my Blackberry when I do a speedtest, in full range with full 3g bars I get a line speed of 393kbps - That is tiny 49 kilobytes per second. Plainly unusable for browsing - very page takes ages to load. Prting my number to Telstra or Optus ASAP
1046 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is dial-up internet for the price of broadband at 19 Dec 2010 06:10:18 PM
I signed up with 3 a few months ago for a USB modem, that ended up being a dud with 10kb/s download speeds in 3G areas from day 1. They offered to switch me over to Vodafone at no cost promising better speeds - I was happy with it and the speeds were pretty good, so no complaints there.
In the last month it has come to a grinding halt where I am now getting similar issues with dropouts in reception and slow download speeds ~5-10kb/s in 3G areas. At $49/month I expect better service than that, I didn't sign up for dial-up!
I'm just glad my work phone is with Optus. Lets hope they sort themselves out very soon because I sure as hell won't be renewing my contract or considering them in future...

1045 Someone from WA thinks vodafone is Useless at 19 Dec 2010 06:04:54 PM
I've been with vodafail for about 7 weeks so far... and i'm horrified to think what i've gotten myself into. I've had so many of my customers emailing me saying they've been calling for hours and keep getting told my number is disconnected or out of service etc, strangely according to my phone i have full signal and i do get the occasional call.
I've had my sim card replaced due to MMS not working at all, It still didn't work immediately after the sim switch until about 3 days later. Then a couple of days after that it started working again.
Since then it only sporadically works, i've been into the vodafone store only to be told theres not much they can do and to call the support line... As i write this i've been on hold for passing 45 minutes now and still no sign of life.
Surely late on a sunday afternoon wouldn't be a peak period for them you would think...
At the same time i bought the phone i brought a car charger, 4 weeks after buying it, it failed and stopped charging the phone. Back to the Vodafone store i go.. only to be told we have to send it off and it could be 5-10 working days before its repaired or replaced. It's a bloody $20 charger, it should just be replaced on the spot. However even if they could do that as per usual there wasn't any in stock! I mean come on seriously vodafail, your taking in stupid amounts of money each month and declaring big profits and yet your network is just crap...
In addition i also suffer from the usual extremely slow internet service, delayed voicemail notifications, delayed text messages or messages that just never arrive.. random service dropouts. Last week i was in an area where according to there coverage map should have full 3g coverage. I couldn't get any mobile signal at all.

how hard is it to get onto customer disSERVICE? Aside from the drop outs during the wait, they then blame your phone/your coverage area/your battery/ anything they can to fool the masses into thinking that it isnt vodafails fault. Switched sim, and all is happy now!

As a vodafone customer for 9 years, The last year with my nokia data was fairly slow, however 12 months ago got a blackberry handset upgrade. Worst ever, internet slower, call dropouts, late messages, the works yet my fone showed Full 3G reception. Numerous calls (24 in total), being transferred from person to person to person to whoops we hung up on you, no assistance $600 to get out of contract and now with Telstra Nxt G. Never looked back except always perfect reception and data speed superb. I wish i still had my $600 though.....

1035 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Appalling at 19 Dec 2010 05:18:31 PM
I am on the Central Coast of NSW. Over half the time I call out I do not get a connection, just a soft, sad 'beep', and the green call icon turns red, with the message 'call failed'. This despite a 3 bar signal and 3G icon showing. Calls to support, via the totally disfunctional Lara abortion, if they are ever answered, get you a Mumbai caricature Indian reading lies from a script, with no ability to look at your computer record, your account, or anything. We got a data transfer charge of $157 against my wife's account on a day when she was helping her aunt move house, and her phone told her 'no signal' for 23 hours. (This is, by the way, less than 500 metres from the biggest shopping mall on the Central Coast). It took me over six hours of waiting, and inane non-conversations with the useless Mumbai contingent, before I was put on to an actual Australia based person, who was, surprise, surprise, was actually rational and able to think, who reversed the charged, and did a re-calc of our account, from Day 1, whereupon he found we had been overcharged well over $300 in three months.
I am convinced that Vodafone Australia has been deliberately set up to fraudulently rip money out of people in the full knowledge that they can't actually provide an acceptable level of service, and in the expectation that the total opacity, and plain incompetence of their so-called support will deter people sufficiently that they give up complaining.

After haggling with rude and unhelpful Vodafail customer service people when my prepaid was billed TWICE (I left it with my bank in the end, as it was getting nowhere and their customer service tried to recharge me after my bank chased them!!) NOW I'm cut off entirely - no service whatever for the past few days. I'm in the inner city, Sydney FFS! I may complain to the ombudsman, but easier, I believe, to complain with my feet - come monday I'm ditching Vodafail and switching to a new provider. I suggest you all do the same!
1033 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is trying their best at 19 Dec 2010 04:38:42 PM
Yes, they have their problems, but running a Telecom network on a budget isn't easy. You get great rates, in return for putting up with teething problems like this.
If you really can't stand vodafone, then don't shop with them! Switch to telstra, and have a great network, but don't complain when you pay for the privilege.

Have been with Vodafone for years with Blackberry devices. Switched to iPhone in March, all was ok, until the past 3 months or so. I now get constant dropouts, and voicemail messages appearing when the phone never rang. I have full bars with the phone next to me, but miss many many calls per day. often the voicemail turns up one or two days later, so my customers think i am rude or ineffactive. Have tried to call Vodafone but whilst on hold, the call keep dropping out so have to start all over again. When i did finally get through i was told there is nothing wrong with the network and must be an iPhone problem. However, we have 4 iPhones in the house, and we al ge drop outs!

1027 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is Terrible Service at 19 Dec 2010 04:08:12 PM
Text messages not sending, or not being received when I send them. Multimedia messages being received by others as blank messages. Very slow data speed, especially in congested areas even though I have full signal strength. I tried calling Vodafone and could not get through. I have lodged a complaint online and got an automated response which closed my case. I replied to that and am yet to receive a response. All in all, it is pointless having an iphone if you can't connect to the net with it. Very annoying as I travel a lot for work and am reliant on my phone to stay in touch with my partner. She got upset with me this week because she thought I was ignoring her but turns out my text messages were not getting through. Was a lot better on 3 and I am not sure now why I changed providers . . .

I am a doctor working in a busy hospital. Was with Vodafone for 2 years, was getting absolutely NO reception in the hospital, dropped calls virtually 60% of the time. Recently switched over to Telstra and I have full reception everywhere and never a dropout. Although the plans are 10-20 dollars more expensive per month, I'm actually using less becuase I never get dropped.
In short, I will never go back to Vodafone.

I rarely get 3G connection in Melbourne CBD and am lucky if I can get a miserable connection for voice calls. 4 weeks ago I didn't have any connection at all for over 24 hours in my area only 3 kms from the CBD! I used my partner's Optus sim card and the connection was perfect.

1016 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is very fail at 19 Dec 2010 03:02:28 PM
Optus, Vodafone and 3 have digusting 3G reception, as they operate on a 2100mhz frequency meaning they need lots of towers in short distances, whereas telstras need fewer towers over longer distances. On top of this, Tesltra has been building infrastructure for years, and have a massive lead over the other telcos. If you want a smartphone get it on Telstra. You get what you pay for.

i got out not that long ago, SMS messages would arrive up to 12 hours late, phone always went to message bank even if it said it had service, very sad, dropped calls, no reception in so many areas its not funny.......
Im out and in Optus, havent had an issue since, infact after a bad storm a work collegue lost all Optus coverage, rang up, they kept him informed over a period of 3 weeks as they had to replace an entire tower hit by lightning and destroyed, after the new tower went in service is better than before the storm.
I dont think VodaFail would ever be that proactive ever.... goodbye vodfail, never to see me again!!!!

On a Business with two phones, which both have all sorts of problems like the ones listed by others. The times i have been able to hold of Vodafone (not very often) I have been told by Vodafone that many excuses it is not funny such as: there was storm damage to towers around Sydney, there are too many iphones on the network, once the merger with the 3 network happens network will improve by 15 Dec, don't no how many times have been told to take my SIM out, we are building new towers....could keep writing but its always the same it never gets better still VERY BAD !!! i questioned why i should pay my monthly bill because the service is so bad !!!

Consequences: 2 persons did not go to work that day (not paid leave), whole weekend arrangement was up side down, more cost... That is just one of many problems with Vodafone. They (Vodafone) achieved in 2010 to have worse service than 10 years ago! Maybe they need new company slogane: "One step forward 10 steps back"

1006 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is NoVoDaFone at 19 Dec 2010 01:25:00 PM
Ironic, isn't it, that 'Vodafone' is an amalgamation of shortened words for 'Voice, Data, Fone'. Because since I joined them, voice services have worked sporadically, data services have NEVER worked to any extent that might be considered useful, and the phone I purchased on a plan with them failed to perform certain vital functions despite being new out of the box. Luckily, Vodafone has it all figured out, I've found: their staff refuse to take complaints in store - you must call the help line (I simply refuse to refer to it as a 'customer service' line). But you can't get through to the help line without spending half your day waiting for someone to answer - that is, if your call isn't dropped! Try emailing them, and you'll receive a non-specific mass-produced response that amounts to 'We know, and we don't care to make any reparations or even sympathise.' So you're stuck. Just remember, and I swear I use this to get me through the day when every call I make cuts out and every text message I send comes back as 'failed to send', Vodafone is running itself into the ground. No customer will return to Vodafone after incidents like this, and a telecommunications company relies on its customer base. Somehow Vodafone finds it in its interest to ignore this fact. Reality: they will be laughing on the other side of their faces when droves of customers leave it, never to return. I'd prefer to pay more with another telco than pay for a service that doesn't work. And that's what I'll tell the hapless agent who calls me asking why I am switching providers when my contract term is up.

1002 Someone from WA thinks vodafone is POOR network, poor performance at 19 Dec 2010 12:51:55 PM
I just joined the network 4 or 5 weeks ago. My god if only I had known, but no one told me. When I went back in the store to complain about the poor performance (having switched from telstra) they told me that with telstra you pay for the service. So why am i paying $70 a month for with vodafone ?) She changed my sim card, but the problem is still there, i have an appalling reception inside my house, and i live in an inner city suburb near Perth. I seriously regret my decision to sign with vodafone, which was purely based on the fact that i heard that it was a great network and I relied on the coverage map on the website which is an absolute LIE. I wish i could get out of this contract and go back to telstra !

997 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Buddhist, Amis, Isolationist at 19 Dec 2010 11:35:17 AM
At first I asked: Is Vodafone Buddhist?
I'd like to thank Vodafone for the peaceful and quiet life I've been living recently. Its really quite relaxing trying to call someone I thought I had to speak to urgently about one matter or another only for my iphone to display Call Failed repeatedly every time I try and then drop all network coverage altogether.
This inability to communicate, now that it is so frequent, gives me a chance to relax, take a few deep breaths and reconsider the urgent nature of my call, especially as there seems to be nothing I can do to fix the problem. "Maybe its the universe trying to tell me something" I think to myself, or "is is Karma?" Or perhaps I should try "living in the 'now'" and not on my phone (especially as it doesn't work like a phone anymore).
Then I asked: Is Vodafone Amish?
Similarly with text messages and voicemail. Its almost a relief to not be living in the 21st century as I await the vodafone monkeys to tap out my messages in telegram format and then get them dispatched by messenger pigeon. As I live and work in the CBD and Vodafone only seems to have its pigeon fleet in the country, it can take hours or even days for a message to arrive.
Then I realised maybe: Vodaphone is an Isolationist?
I also travel very frequently to NZ, again, its really peaceful when I arrive back after being away for a week or so and realize I've have no missed calls, voicemail messages or texts. Sometimes this makes me feel lonely.
But then I realised that this saves me from having to make any troublesome return calls or follow up messages (not that I could on the network in any case).
So I'm looking forward to the next installment of Failure to see what it brings, in the meantime the Vodafone billing seems to be working just fine....

My mobile does not know what YouTube is, thanks to Vodafone!! My internet allowance is 3 GB per month, which is "massive gig" to most of us. But wait, I am using less than 250 MB out of 3 GB - so poor is Vodafone network, it takes ages to download even the most plain of webpages with just text on them. I tried calling them thrice, but on an average I have waited 45 min, tragedy is I still did not manage to speak to their Customer Center. VODAFONE, PLEASE STOP TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS AND PLEASE DONT COME OUT WITH UNLIMITED OR MASSIVE USAGE PLANS, YOU SIMPLY DONT HAVE THE REQUIRED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THAT.

After waiting 10 days for application just to be processed and about a week for the phone I finally got it..( got to love that you can track your application and delievery and find that it never changes from being processed I found that they started billing me from when application was approved even though i had no phone.. Also found they have been overcharging me on my plan, Not providing what the plan promises (200MB data where I only recieve 50MB.) Try and get through and wait for 40-60 minutes then get connected to an operator who says hello and then drops out... 3 times this happened... What a joke...
991 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is dismal at 19 Dec 2010 11:13:48 AM
I went to Telstra after Vfone would not fix the problem of dropped calls, service interruptions and dismal download speed, only fob me off with tests and stalling (read go away) responses. I kept a Singapore Starhub phone and it would serve as a check to see if Vodafone, Optus or Telstra had service at my home office. It corroborated my assertion Vfone did not have continuous reliable service in my neighborhood. Complaining took too much time, offered insults to my phone skills and was a waste of time. I now want to dump my account but have not done so as I fear another imbroglio. I was with Vodafone for 15 years (remember Digicall?) and it worked well overseas but in the year 2010 it did not work in my neighborhood satisfactorily.

I just spent nearly a day getting my daughter onto Vodafone pre-paid. The website where I was told to do it didn't work - the link just took you to a 'Page not found'.
I emailed but got no reply so tried phoning Customer Service. Big mistake. Took about 30 minutes to get through, to finally speak to an Indian I could hardly understand. He fixed up the registration, but it still didn't work, so I had to call again (and wait...) so someone else could process the payment. About a week later I got a response to my initial email.
Will go back to Optus. Reluctantly I might add.

I cannot believe it. I jave been with vodafone for 5 years after being with optus and during that time they were excellent and had very good coverage. ATM i am lucky to get 3 bars on my phone..and that's when i am in the heart of the CBD. I also get SMS that are 4 days old one after another and voicemail that is even a week old. I know they have bought out 3 and are tying all the networks into one..but how much longer do we have to put up with this shonky service..its not like i am paying for a cheap service. And drop outs occur a lot!
what will happen if my wife one day is in distress and cannot get through to me..for me to get the msg 5 days later? Disgraceful and i am going back to optus.

I live close to the CBD and rarely make a call on my mobile that doesn't drop out at least once. About 2 weeks ago I had no service for 3 days. This was very worrying as I no longer have a landline and I was therefore unable to be contacted by family overseas when there was a crisis. I have sent numerous emails and made calls to the help desk but am always told to reboot the phone or that there is nothing wrong with the network signal in my area! I feel extremely angry that I am not receiving the service I paid for. I will certainly not be renewing with Vodafone.
974 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is getting worse at 19 Dec 2010 09:26:37 AM
I'm at Burleigh Waters, near Bond University and use Vodafone's Pocket Wi-Fi on the 8Gb/$39 offering, seems to work fine most of the time, but there have been network issues over the past few weeks with little or no signal and loss of connectivity to the net. Not using them for phone though, have iPhone on 3 with 2Gb of data, I haven't had too many major dramas with it.
Now I know why you usually have to go on a contract, it's to minimise customer attrition due to poor service or competitor activity offering better value. Contracts should be abolishes.

One month before the end of my contract using a Blackberry I started using an Iphone and was charged exuberant rates because I was not using the same phone I sign up with. Imagine, a mobile data download bill of $900. My cap was $79. How can they do that to their customers? THEY ARE CRAZY, I will hate them for the rest of my life! My broadband cable contract expires tomorrow so I called Telstra 4 weeks ago to let them know that I would not be extending. "You'll have to call back in 4 weeks as we can only cancel services immediately" was their response. I called back today, waited on hold for a while (as usual) then got someone who was unable to handle the call so I was put on hold again (as usual) and then got disconnected (as usual).
During my second call I had to explain it all again, give various forms of ID again, and eventually they found my account. After about 10 mins more of hold music I was told that they would now disconnect my broadband but as I was disconnecting a day before my contract expires that there would be an early cancellation fee but it would only be "a couple of dollars". They can chase me for that!
10 minutes later I assume that my broadband had been disconnected because my Foxtel cable TV service also disappeared. Perhaps they use scissors to disconnect you.
Phone call number three! call, on hold, explain, on hold, explain, on hold, transferred, they cant find my account despite me quoting all of the account numbers on the "One Bill", on hold, more forms of ID, on hold, Foxtel service finally resumes, still on hold, then I hang up - why should I be courteous!.
What a friggin joke!.

My customers ask why i don't return their calls.
My phone shows no missed calls.
Their phone call logs show that they called me but i never got the call.
Calls drop out all the time & I'm in Brisbane, not a remote area.
Most customers just buy stuff elsewhere when this happens, i know i would.
This is costing me money, pissing off customers, friends & family.
It is plain old poor service.
How often do we see companies grow so rapidly & make such profits that they forget how to provide basic services to their customers?

965 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is better than telstra at 19 Dec 2010 08:43:54 AM
Telstra would have to come somewhere near the top of the hit parade, when it comes to the absence of Customer Service. There just isn't any, the call centre staff just have no answers for any queries, quite often they are very difficult to understand. The whole Customer Help system at Telstra, is designed to not offer help, but just hope you will go away after talking to recorded messages for anything up to half and hour. From what I am told, Optus is only a whisker behind Telstra for their petty hopeless customer service. When is Kevin 07 going to tighten up the way these Telcos operate. They are way beyond what the people expect.

I hate Telstra. I hate them. We are forced to use it at work and whenever there's a need to contact them the task is hot potatoed between the staff. Nobody wants to deal with them.
Today big fool me bought their pre-paid wireless broadband. I have been trying for over 5 hours to get thru to activate the damned thing and cannot get out of the queue. Just now after 47 minutes waiting they picked up the phone. And disconnected me.
GOD I HATE TELSTRA!!!!
