Dear visitor,
Since its inception Vodafail.com has made a significant
contribution towards raising awareness of the problems and issues faced
by Vodafone customers.
Vodafone Australia customers have had the opportunity to voice their concerns, their fears and their troubles from every corner of Australia and beyond our borders.
You have gathered the courage to stand up for your rights as consumers and to make your voice heard.
Each and every person who shared their story should have a sense of pride in this achievement and the changes that have occurred since the start of Vodafail.com.
More recently, traffic to Vodafail.com has declined significantly.
Having achieved the goal of raising awareness and promoting concrete action in early 2011, we have now reached the point of closing Vodafail to new complaints.
The site will remain online for as long as possible as a
reminder and an example of what is possible when we share our experiences.
It has been a privilege to run this initiative
and I'm am forever grateful for the help and support I've received. In
particular I would like to thank Melissa, David and Travis for their
continued efforts over the past 15 months. I'm also thankful and humbled by the support of ACCAN, Choice magazine and a wide range of media outlets, blogs and websites.
You can still browse existing stories and find out how to file a complaint if you are experiencing problems.
Until next time,
Adam Brimo

9222 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is 100% fail at 30 Dec 2010 05:14:38 PM
vodaphone has delivered nothing but the worst service I have ever encountered.
I have had poor reception and drop outs, in certain areas no reception at all. This has gone on for three yrs, esp hard when you are in and out of hospitals and cannot contact people when you need to. Worst of all on phone today with vodaphone waited 40 mins for someone to answer, now still waiting 45mins later to speak to another operator, they should be ashamed!!!!

I bought a crazy johns phone on a vodafone plan in May this year. The salesperson said that the reception in my area was great, however just about every single call either cuts out or the recpetion is so bad either the caller or myself cant understand what is being said. Iam so dissapointed and angry as its my only phone I do not have a landline and with 3 small children it worries me if anything is to happen and I have no reception to call for help. I also have severe asthma and wonder what is going to happen if I have an attack and cant even call an ambulance!! I cannot afford a home phone or another mobile plan so what can I do I feel trapped!!!
9220 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Not Impressed at 30 Dec 2010 05:09:36 PM
Ho long is a reasonable length of time for an sms to receive one and send one, I do not think well over an hour is acceptable, my wife was waiting for me to pick her up late in the evening, when I failed to appear she was worried, frightened and feared for her safety. Not happy JAN, this is happening ever so much more. Also reception a joke, some areas ok most times then BAM nothing, exact same place for some reason total silence. What does one do when I'm supposedly on a good plan but can't access the phone waves???? NOT IMPRESSED

9209 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is ten million at 30 Dec 2010 04:44:03 PM
I have just left vodafone at Robina I could kill someone! My phone decided this morning it would not turn on. I am locked into a 24 month contract, I am 1 year and 10 days into said contract and was just informed my phone is no longer under warranty and will not be fixed by them. They will happily send it off to be fixed for me it will be $50 for them to send it then whatever charges it is to fix....my battery has erroded or some crap! When I refused this I was offered to purchase a new phone at my own expense but they couldn't guarantee my sim would work in the new phone and if not i would have to buy a new sim...another $50 I rang vodafone off my husbands phone after 1 hour 27 minutes I hung because I was being to charged to on his phone to fix my effing phone!!! This is after fighting with them all year about my bill...it was $86....so they took $860 of my credit card in January 2010 but have no fear I got a refund in July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They then charged me for cancelling a contract....which was another mistake. I got offered a fantastic job....too bad I ended up not getting it because my voice mail message didn't come through until a week later. MY sister I had a baby I congratulated her when I got the text message 4 days after the baby was born
30 Dec 2010 08:48:29 PM: I'm calling bullshit on this post. Manufacturing warranties are from the manufacturer i.e Nokia, Samsung, apple etc. not Vodafone. Check your handset instruction manual if you don't believe it. In fact Vodafone was the first to offer 2 year warranties for all phones except iphones purchased after 01/01/2010. Also, if the sim didn't work in the new phone then all that is needed is a sim swap which is free. If you're calling customer care from another phone and are being charged for being on hold then use the callback option! Take accountability for yourself okay. There are legitimate reasons to pissed at Vodafone, don't blame vodafone for stuff that isn't actually their fault. False complaints clog up the system and make it harder for the rest of us with real actual issues to get them timely resolved.

9206 Someone from SA thinks vodafone is Extremely with mobile internet at 30 Dec 2010 04:40:08 PM
I lost a weeks work when data cut in and out with Iphone 4 tethering. Vodafone made me buy a mobile USB. Back running for a while, then totally no data. I lost 3 days work when I changed to optus. Now fine on Optus.
My festival business just started up, and I was told the package they sold me would suit me and work for me. This was a lie. Early days in a new thing is not a good tome to loose customers after building repport for over a year. We book bands on line, use on line agents and communicate by email. SCoRCHeR FeST Pty Ltd was also offered a sponsorship with Vodaphone. No feedback from them, no return calls with our problem and hours on end being put on hold.
We will not accept a sponsorship now, and we have lost about 1/2 our bands and are struggling to keep up and make up ground. In essence, Vodafone mislead us, and we have nothing they promised. Thank you for making a class action. Andrew Cooper. 0402 049742 scorcherfest@scorcherfest.com.au

9205 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Broken network and no information at 30 Dec 2010 04:39:09 PM
I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for over 10 years. During this time, I have been a strong supporter of Vodafone and referred new customers to Vodafone. This stops now...
Over the past 3 or so months the network has slowly degraded and service at times non-existent. This includes no service, service going in & out, battery dying, voicemail messages delayed (days at time), not being able to access internet/3G, not being able to send MMS and numerous failed calls / drop outs.
I have previously tried to contact Vodafone via phone; on hold for hours... Then via email; no reply twice ... So then I contacted the TIO, amazingly, Vodafone then called me back. They said the network was stuffed and could not give me an ETA, but, would give 5 months at 1/2 price or to let me out of the contract.
I would like to stay with Vodafone as the service up until this point was great, so I opted for the former option.
However, Vodafone still knows there are problems and WILL NOT tell us when it will be fixed, they are trying to blame the individual's, rather than the network... This is wrong. I know 8 people on Vodafone, all with the same issues (not reported to Vodafone)
Even as of today (31/12/10) I tried to send a MMS 15 times, with no luck... I had two call drop outs (call failed) and poor reception. Think I live in the sticks or lead box? Nope, the main part of Sydney. What a joke.
I think my loyalty has run its course, mainly because of the contempt from Vodafone CEO and lack of information on any resolution.

9204 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is barely average at 30 Dec 2010 04:36:04 PM
Vodafone coverage on my trip to Echuca in August was far less than Vodafone's coverage maps would indicate. I posted the details below to an internet newsgroup, and one month later, whether a coincidence or otherwise, Vodafone's coverage maps were updated and now they give even less information about the coverage available in a particular area.
In August, I went from Melbourne to Echuca over a weekend. According to Vodafone's coverage maps at the time, there was 2G coverage in Rochester and the Echuca/Moama area, and a mixture of 2G and national roaming coverage in Heathcote. However, I experienced no coverage at all from just after Forbes (outskirts of Melbourne) until arriving in Echuca, and I mean IN Echuca as in the town centre itself.
Furthermore, in Moama, just over the border, coverage was patchy in many places and non existent in others like the Rich River Golf Club (at ground level) and the bridge across the Murray. As I left Echuca to head back to Melbourne, my coverage ran out before the houses did.
Yet according to the coverage check feature on the Vodafone website, there was a big ring of coverage enveloping Echuca and Moama and the surrounding area.
I have a 3G handheld phone but it does not have 900Mhz 3G coverage, so I
was relying on 2G coverage outside of Melbourne. I have international
roaming activated, so according to the Vodafone website, I should have
national roaming too, yet I didn't experience any national roaming coverage. In most places my phone was located in a vehicle when I reported no coverage, but in Heathcote, central Echuca and the Rich River Golf Club, I used it outdoors and outside the vehicle as well.
In the areas where I couldn't get any Vodafone coverage, I found that Telstra (2G&3G) and Optus (2G only) were available in most places. There were some places where only Telstra was available, and other places where only Optus was available.
Five years ago I went from Melbourne to Echuca and had pretty good coverage with Telstra, and that was with a 2G only phone.
Within a month of posting the above on an internet newsgroup, Vodafone updated their coverage maps. Previously they said whether 2G, 2100Mhz 3G or 900Mhz 3G was available in a particular area. Now it just says standard coverage. So now you have even less of an idea of what you'll get in a particular area and with your particular phone. Was this a coincidence? Who knows.

I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START! I signed up for the service in September 2010, since then the following has occured:
- My iPhone4 has been replaced 3 times, thats right, 3 times!
- I have been to the ombudsman about not being able to receive calls, texts, voicemails and was offered by Vodafone a returned phone, yes, a second-hand handset as a replacement which I declined.
- My phone loses reception for hours on end, when I phoned Vodafone to find out what was happening I was on hold for 57 minutes before hanging up despite their voice recording saying the wait time would be 20 minutes.
- I paid my bill this month by Credit Card which was $85.00, Vodafone debited this TWICE from my credit card.

30 Dec 2010 04:34:43 PM: To be fair, it's not Vodafone's fault that the iPhone is just a crappy phone. It's from Apple, what do you expect?
But it IS Vodafone's fault for the terrible network! So sick of Voda...
But it IS Vodafone's fault for the terrible network! So sick of Voda...
30 Dec 2010 04:42:38 PM: Yes, it IS Vodafones fault, they directed my to go to Apple to say its their fault however after 4 phones its couldn't be any more obvious that its the network stopping the calls, texts and voicemails coming through...or the famous line 'You need to go back to the store where you signed up for the service', then they tell you that you have to call customer service!
30 Dec 2010 04:44:37 PM: Never had a problem with my iPhone 4 with Telstra :)
30 Dec 2010 04:49:45 PM: People can send me texts in the same room and they dont come through at all, then at about midnight I get an influx of texts that I have been missing throughout the day.....such a nice wake-up call

I'm so sick of vodafone. My phone always drops out, I can NEVER access the internet and i don't even bother calling them anymore. I have better things to do then sit on hold for up to 2 hours. Complete waste of time and money. I will not be renewing with them.
9199 Someone from SA thinks vodafone is Broadband at 30 Dec 2010 04:26:32 PM
I am a customer of 3 but believe they are all one company now. I am being charged enormous amounts of money for my internet.I cannot get a proper connection.I am not computer savvy but i keep getting 3G (HSDPA) signal. Its not great with my mobile either it keeps dropping out and I get disconnected half way through a conversation. My internet bills sonce 3 and Vodaphone have merged have gone from $49 to $250. I think it is the link and they really should rectify it. This is my last month with mobile broadband. NOT HAPPY
30 Dec 2010 09:08:00 PM: Vodafone and 3's networks have remained separated, the only link is that 3 roams onto Vodafone for 2G only. 3 have their own 3G network but also roam onto Telstra.
9198 Someone from WA thinks vodafone is totally useless at 30 Dec 2010 04:26:05 PM
I have been getting the typical drop outs etc...
I have now been onto vodafone two days now just trying to get to a point to payout my contract
day one was 1 hour on hold then told i have to go via network troubleshooting team before they will negotiate the contract termination,
so I end up talking to the the network team where the guy's says my area has known issues. But i still have to go through all the trouble shooting steps
eg manually set network then master reset my phone (great fun).
so today I phoned them back to let them know how it is went. still no good
I didn't stay on hold I got them to phone back ( 2.5 hours later)
well now my issue is being escalated and someone will contact me in the next 72 hours
A lot of running around to end a contract on amicable terms

"We understand that this may be a frustrating time for customers however please remember to be calm and respectful to Vodafone employees".
Hang on a minute......who's side are you on Adam ?
Lets talk about the facts.
1. People have been cheated out of their hard earned money cause Vodafone got greedy, bought another company and their network could not handle the new batch of 3 customers. This is one part of a group of systemic issues and it is in-grained in the culture of the company. It is all coming from bad management and greed. Remember Onetel ?
2. The damage is already done, it's not about Vodafone working on a problem to resolve issues. Everyone one is having serious problems with their service and Vodafone have kept everyone in the dark cause they got greedy and lost control on many levels.
3. Vodafone does not care about customers it cares about money, they got caught out in a money grab.
4. The oversea's call centre workers are hardly calm and respectful to us ! There are the people who have to handle the fallout from a flawed company.
Join the class action and make Vodafone pay you back the money they have stolen from you.

30 Dec 2010 06:31:20 PM: I agree, it seems as though Adam is, for some unknown reason, selling out to Vodafone. FACT: the problems are still there!
I wonder if the Vodafone legal team have issued threats to Vodafail?
I wonder if the Vodafone legal team have issued threats to Vodafail?
30 Dec 2010 06:59:37 PM: Telling people to act like calm and civilised human beings is not selling out! I am a fellow Vodafone sufferer, but I also have a close friend who is a store employee. He gets yelled at and abused at work all the time now - due to the company's incompetence and the customer care people being useless and rude. He is a good guy, but what can he do? He is upset at his company as well and I feel bad for him. I think Adam is just trying to be fair to everyone who has been hurt over this. We have seen comments from other employees saying the same things. Let's be tough on the Voda Execs, but not pick on the lower employees who are also suffering.
30 Dec 2010 07:09:26 PM: Adam is a thoroughly decent and honest person with integrity. He has not sold out to Vodafone.
30 Dec 2010 07:17:12 PM: Hi, I'm on the side of getting things done. I created this site to get Vodafone to acknowledge and fix the problems that I and many others are/were suffering with. Clearly I have gotten Vodafone's attention and now it's time for them to fix the issues. My issues are/were fixed when they agreed to let me out of my contract; that is the fix some people want while others might want free credit or just knowing when their reception will return to normal.
As this site has grown some of the comments have become increasingly threatening on both sides and that is personally and deeply concerning to me. I'm angry and frustrated about the mobile phone problem's I've had as you and many others are. However I've always differentiated between the casual staff member who sells the product and the company who makes that job increasingly difficult. The management of the company is responsible for setting those policies and when they change them the staff will be able to do their job better.
I have not received any legal threats (only the logo on the facebook group was taken down because of trademark infringement) and I have definitely not sold out. I'm not interested in selling and no one is interested in buying. I'll be maintaining this site until the main issues are fixed as I look forward to going back to my fulltime job and my normal life. Thanks. - Adam Brimo

It makes no sense to treat the shopfront staff as badly as Vodafone has treated us- means that we don't have anything to complain about, if you think about it.
This evening, there have been so many Vodafone ads on the tv, full of promises, and I am infuriated by that.Doesn't mean I'm going to smash my tv.(Swear at it is an option-it doesn't have feelings)So, similarly, treat the bottom of the chain staff with respect, unless they're rude to you. I hope lots of them sue Vodafone for Stress compensation.

Been with Voda for years now. Ever since the full integration with 3 I have had issues. Just got off a corporate plan onto an Infinite plan. Got lied to by the 3/Voda rep about tethering charges. Customer service chumps don't know anything that isn't written in front of them. Reception barely maintains 3G and drops out a lot. I used to be on 3 years ago and left them to go to Vodafone. Now I'm back to the same issues I was with when I was with 3.

Mobile Broadband, was unable to connect, massively frustrating dropouts and client problems on Windows 7 (client issues were much less problematic on Windows XP) No problems with sending me bills right on the dot though.
I Worked out a solution that gets you very quick satisfaction from their Indian support team though:
After about 1.5 hours of calling and going through menus, I finally got onto the customer service guy when they rang me back. Told me their systems were down so couldn't cancel my account. I told him he was lying to me as there was no automated message when I first rang as has been previously when there was problems. I said I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He told me the supervisor is so busy and will be half an hour and still unable to help me as the system is down. I was told to call back in 4 hours over and over. I demanded to speak to the supervisor and said repetevely (your LYING to me, the system is not down*), and was promptly told I wasn't being lied to and after a couple of times saying this, was directly put onto a supervisor.
The supervisor told me the exact same thing (call back in 4 hours, nothing they can do). I said again and again, 'your LYING to me, there was no recording when i rang, your lying, I want to cancel my mobile broadband'. He said, hang on one momemnt. Put me through to cancellations where the lady discconected my service quickly and polietly within 3 minutes.
* Looks like they are attempting to stall people from disconnecting by saying a whole range of things (stalling you). I reccomend saying 'Your Lying to me' 'and Record my call' over and over during the call and they will respond very quickly and you will get what you want done. Don't say these things in a abusive way, just in an asertive way.
At the end of the day, they WERE lying to me!

All I am trying to ring Vodafone for is to change my number to a pre-existing number...but do you think they could answer such a simple phone call...NO! This is the first and LAST time I'll be registering with vodafone and will NEVER recommend Vodafone to anyone. WORST SERVICE EVER...and to make matters worse, I rang optus to see if they culd do the job, and they answered their call straight away. You can't be telling me that Vodafone has that many customers to attend to that they are left with no customer representatives? Either Vodafone is a very unreliable provider or they just don't want to fix their customers problems...either way, this is quite pathetic.

Over the last couple of days my daughter cannot make any phone calls. When she tries all she gets from her end as well as the person she has dialled is static and buzzing across the line. My wife's phone (who is also with Vodaphone) had the same problem yesterday but it appears hers is now working today. My daughter suffers from a disability and she needs to have constant contact with us. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
30 Dec 2010 04:46:12 PM: trial pre paids of other companies ( or check friends ) to find the best for her situation i recommend optus you may be in a good telstra reception area but be carefully of the fees i have been caught by family member connecting to mobile data instead of wifi ( optus ). I turn of answering service as well and get optus to extend rings to maximum so i can get to the phone.

i'm in perth, i go to different suburbs north and south of the river, wherever my work takes me, i use data on my iphone quite a bit to check emails and even surf the web using tethering with my laptop. the data network is SLOW. VERY SLOW. on the iphone i have to keep refreshing the webpage in safari several times before it even gets anywhere close to loading the page. on my laptop things are a little better but still slow. i put up with it and never bothered to call up to complain because the call center is ATROCIOUS. in the few times i've had to call, it has been difficult to understand the operator and the wait times have not been short.

Every time I have to make a call I need to go outside my house and when I send an SMS 2 another person in the house they don't receive it for 24-48 hours... that is JUST SHIT... IF they don't pick up their game, they will leave no choice but to back to TELSTRA.

I have been on contract for 7 years and use voda for all calls and email in business. I use optusnet for email. Since sept I have been unable to directly access email via the iPhone icon. Instead I need to login to Optus webmail site. The nice people in India are pleasant but couldn't appreciate the inconvenience. I still have no direct email access today. I called the TIO and voda responded within 2 days. They offered me a getout now or half price access for 4 months to see if they could resolve the issue. As stated no success yet so we'll see. I doubt it will be fixed. My advice....go straight to the TIO if you have an issue.

I have recently switched from 3 mobile to vodafone less than a month ago and now i rarely have more than one bar of reception wherever i go and i am rarely able to send an sms or make a call without some sort of hassle!! The service is horrible, i had no problems on 3 and now i am stuck with the shitty vodafone service. Also, when i bought my phone i had to ring customer service to activate my sim which i was unable to do for 2 days as "customer care" constantly put me on hold for 40mins and then hung up on me!! Finally after getting through, asked to speak to complaints department then was once again hung up on, disgusting!!

Yesterday I tried calling Vodafne 6 times, spending a total of 2 hours and 45 mnutes mostly on hold and I am yet to speak to someone who can assist. They only seem interested in transferring me to another area. Aside from 1555 is there another number we can call or does anyone know the magic word or number to press on their menu so we get through faster? I am at my wits end with this and it's really starting to cause me a great deal of distress. Can't make or receive any calls on my phone. Vodafone are useless. Vodafone still billed us for a month & now due to us not having vodafone numbers we cannot even pay the bill!! They have since billed us for another month and the 2 handsets (which were returned to them) so now outstanding over $1700 for nothing!!!! 30 Dec 2010 03:50:15 PM: We understand your frustrations but please refrain from visiting retail stores and to yell at the retail staff. 9168 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Almost complete fail at 30 Dec 2010 03:26:23 PM
For the last year and a half the service has been getting worse. I leave 3G off on my iPhone because it won't pass the call from 3G to 2G, just drops the call. The phone doesn't always ring, just goes straight to voicemail, even with full 2G service. Voicemails take up to 24 hours to come through. I complained in early November to Voda and were told to wait until December for the 3 towers to be amalgamated across to Voda customers. It seems to have gotten worse rather than better.

I have been with Vodafone for OVER 15 years. Their service, pricing and tolerance on payments has been unmatched by other companies. They were also comprimising when my phone was nicked and somebody clocked up loads of international calls. This has always made me very very loyal.
Up until last year, I would stand next to Optus customers in the CBD of Sydney and laugh at them for their service woes... but that has changed.
Where are you Vodafone, I used to gloat about you to everybody, now I am ashamed.

Also standing in white rock the reception hardly works. Bugger of back to U.K or wherever it is you came from and how embarassing if you actually worked for them. Please if you can't provide a service give up because it's costing everyone money you pelicans.

i moved an hr away from home for work and it was costing me a fortune calling my boyfriend every night. he did some research n thought vodafone would be the best with calls data etc on the iphone 3gs. i told the salesman where i was living and why i wanted the phone (he told me he also lived there etc) he continued with the sale and let me leave the store thinking i was happy with my purchase. when i got home i had no reception within 5-7 minutes drive from my house! why did he not tell me he had no reception when i was purchasing it!? the next day i went in and told him and asked him why? his response was oh yeah i got a telstra sim which i use when i'm at home! i was angry!! i then rang vodafone and they took $10 off y bill! wow thanks alot vodafone!! 1.5yrs later and im still having trouble with reception, echoing calls, delayed msgs (which is so annoying especially when you are going to meet someone or are waiting for a txt!), calls that don't go through, my phone not calling when someone tries to call me.
the only reason why i haven't given them a 10/10 is because i usually get someone nice, helpful and who i can understand when i call for help!
get your act together vodafone! if that guy had of just been honest right from the start i wouldn't be in this situation! in 6 months vodafone will loose another unhappy customer they wont be getting back!

I've had a Vodafone mobile for a while now and I have no HUGE problems with it except when I try to contact customer service using LARA. BUT I HAVE HUGE problems with their internet and accessing good customer service from Mumbai in India.
Besides my mobile, I subscribe to mobile internet. It can take me 1 hour to connect only to get constantly booted - it's worse during bad weather - wind, cloud, rain. I have been trying to post a customer request via the internet for the past 3 hours - I keep getting booted. I am also trying to contact Vodafone via my mobile and have been on hold for over 1 hour with LARA telling me to hang in there.
I am quitting both my mobile and internet with Vodafone and I will be joining the class action.

For several months Vodafone have been inconsistent with providing me with MOBILE PHONE COVERAGE as well as MOBILE INTERNET ACCESS. I have spoken with dozens of staff from their Customer Services, Faults and Network departments including Management, all in India and Egypt? They usually explain the problem away by informing me that they are doing maintenance in my area and that this will improve my service. This answer did not satisfy me after hearing it repeatedly, so I eventually asked them which areas are affected and how long it would be before my service would be reinstated. They then told me that the whole of my area, Parramatta, was affected, but would all be fixed soon. The funny thing is that I don't live in Parramatta, I don't even live in NSW!! The main issues with my mobile phone involve text messages not being received for 24 hours or longer, or in some cases being sent repeatedly maybe five or six times. I have no control over any of this, nor sometimes any idea of when it is happening, but not only has it cost me loads of money in lost business, it has also cost me excessive phone costs whilst it is happening. I am extremely fed up! I am reluctant to change back to Telstra as I have had major problems with them in the past, as well as Optus who began billing me for a phone service I did not even have connected!! I have utilised the TIO for these complaints, but as they are so bombarded with complaints it usually takes months before the problems are addressed, and in my case the TIO appeared quite powerless against the huge bully phone company so the issues were definitely not resolved to my satisfaction. I support any fight against any telephone company.
30 Dec 2010 03:08:51 PM: I agree with you thoroughly and I have felt your pain. I left Telstra and Bigpond because they hold close to a monopoly (I prefer not to shop at Coles or Woolies either), but I guess I'll be going back to them. At least their service is better than the alternatives, even though we pay through the teeth for the services! I hope the National Broadband Network makes a big difference.
30 Dec 2010 05:06:19 PM: NBN that is a failed business model will not work basic connection $ 56.00 at 12 megabits per second speed . No body has said how many GB per month that will buy, NBN guess is about enough to check the email some were between 2 GB and 10 GB , i will be keeping my TPG at 6 megabits per second and very competitive pricing thank you the politicians have had the wool pulled over there eyes again Telstra is already selling 30 megabits speed plans in Sydney or Melbourne now maybe able to get 100 megabits with newer technology. I wont be changing over just wont be able to afford a decent limit.

I am a director of a small to medium business solutions centre. Though Saving money on landlines are great, Service on mobiles is the 2nd most asked questions.
Vodafone have really done the dash with a lot of customers and people can not get away quick enough.
Most people see it as they can pay out a contract with a year to go because its a small loss compared to weeks and possibly thousands of dollars of work when the mobile does not ring when diverted.
Its unfortunate, But inevitable. Voda and 3 will do well together, Both epic failures.
How can VP still be advertising call caps, free texts in aus and overseas to anyone? Its terrible really. Sucking more and more people in to the vortex of absolute nothingness.
*shrugs*

I recently switched from 3 to vodafone and my coverage and reception are fantastic! I'm not a very technical person so if i need to know something about my phone or have a general question i go into the civic store inside the canberra centre and the staff are so friendly and always help me. No matter what problem i have they always fix it! THANKYOU VODAFONE CANBERRA CENTRE
30 Dec 2010 02:45:16 PM: Yes, because you live in Canberra. Vodafone has to look after the politicians.

9146 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is It Is not at 30 Dec 2010 02:38:18 PM
You guys need to seriously see the logic in this website. oh hang on.. there really isn't much logic at all! Vodafone and 3 will merge to become one company which will be known as VHA (Vodafone Hutchison Australia). With the millions of dollars that this company is pumping into its infrustructure, there is sure to be some sort of disturbances to our services. Sorry to break it to you guys, but that's how its going to work, when companies are merging their satelites. You all need to take the example, a few years ago, when Optus officially took over Virgin they faced similar issues. Of course back then it was thrown into the media so easily as it is today. Optus and Virgin had similar problems but the end result with everything settled was greater and better coverage. VHA is on a similar strain and this is to be expected with all the network upgrades. Its difficult for everyone now but the end result will be great. A little patience is required from you guys.
30 Dec 2010 02:43:47 PM: Really? So I'm having bread from Tip Top delivered to my house every few days, on a contract, same brand everytime. Suddenly Tip Top merges with Helga's and the bread I'm buying is mouldy - inedible. They keep sending me the bread, and I still have to pay for it, but I can't eat it. I have to go and buy another brand of bread from the supermarket in order to eat.
The merge of Tip Top and Helga's is the cause of the mouldy bread, some problems with getting the infrastructure together.
Is this acceptable? Or should have Tip Top and Helga's figured this all out before hand?

30 Dec 2010 02:48:19 PM: You are talking asif Vodafone has failed to provide any reception for its consumer's. Also, VHA have contanstantly been working on its infrastructure to build and improve, thats where most of it's money has been spend the last year or so. VHA's reception is not constantly 'moudly' like the bread you have been recieving. There are a few drop outs here and there, but that is expected from any telco company out there, even TELSTRA.
30 Dec 2010 02:54:54 PM: Well, figuratively speaking, my bread is always mouldy. That is, I cannot make or receive calls, and when I am lucky enough to have a signal to call, it either drops out within 30 seconds, or it breaks up so the person on the other end can't hear me. I receive SMSes and Voicemails hours afterwards, making them irrelevant. One sms I received was from my friend begging me to come and pick her up from the train station as she had been waiting for a taxi for half an hour and some guys were hassling her. I received that SMS four hours later, when she had already walked home. What if something had happened to her?
Either way, I'm getting a bit too far in this. All I really wanted to say is that your excuse is not acceptable. Maybe it would be for a small business but Vodafone is a multimillion dollar, multinational company.

30 Dec 2010 02:58:35 PM: Voda and 3 use different 3g networks networks. Voda city 2100mhz network is shared with Optus while 3's 2100mhz is shared with Telstra. Optus and Virgin used the same 3g network namely Optus so there were no networks to amalgamate when Optus bought Virgin. So how can Voda's problems no be the same as Optus a few years ago?
30 Dec 2010 03:01:07 PM: i have been having these problems since i changes to vodafone 1.5 yrs ago... they can't use the merging excuse forever!
30 Dec 2010 03:21:39 PM: Obviously you have not experienced the quality of Virgin/opyus as yet. Please check facts first
30 Dec 2010 03:22:26 PM: Well you would think Vodafail and 3 would have learned a few valuble lessons from Optus and Virgin NO??
there is no excuse for poor customer service...and as i have been with0vodafone for nearly 10 years i can tell u its not the 1st time its happend...i can say tho it is getting worse!
and every excuse in the book still does not account for the way we are spoken to or put on hold for hours on end....i dont c how merging can have me on hold for over 3 hours!
Merging should be all pre planned and thought out so as interuptions to people who pay good money for a service isnt interupted! at least send a text explaining a time frame this could be going on for!
I have an image in my head that everyone is on a smoke break while im wasting valuble time on hold, only to get a person who doesnt spreak EnGRISH!! tell me its my fault....was he told to say that because of a merger? PFFFT

30 Dec 2010 03:25:49 PM: Also, let's us not forget that customers did not have a say in the merger. Voda bought out 3 because there was a business opportunity for them. We all know merging is complicated but it is VHA's responsibility to handle the transition as smoothly as possible and to treat the customers right. Instead, your company (not you, not your fault) hid the issues from people until it blew up in your face. Now you are here demanding patience from customers. I'm sure even Nigel will not appreciate you adding oil to the fire.
30 Dec 2010 03:35:15 PM: I don't particularly want to get into this debate that the two of you have been having, but I would like to point out to this person that obviously works for Voda, that maybe at least a little information from Voda would be beneficial to its customers "Hey guys, we're going to merge soon and there may be interruptions to services, it will improve and we'll keep you updated'. Instead, we were first given no information, and now, since so many people have stood up and said they're not happy with what's going on, we are given mis-information from staff in stores and then on the phone if we do manage to get through to customer service.
30 Dec 2010 04:33:57 PM: Common misconception, Vodafone did NOT buy 3 or vice versa, it was a merger not an acquisition. Since the merge, the networks have remained separate, so blaming Voda for 3's network issues or vice versa again, is incorrect. 3 are still in contract to Telstra and until that end the networks will remain separated.

I am writing my concern about my cell phone service curring having diffuclty with VODAPHONE. I beleive if I write in here then i might get some response to my issue. I called there customer service but had waited hours but no luck to speak with any one. Network droping is giving me a lot of pain and at the same time some people misunderstood me for not being able to contact to me. I would new mobile connetor not to connect with Vodaphone at least not for 3/6 months until this issue has been resolved. I would not be paying my monthly contract money for this poor service.

I've been with vodafone for as long as i can remember, and it's always been great service within the metropolitan areas & even large country towns. But lately - massive fail! I find myself turning my phone on & off multiple times a day to try & kick some life into the coverage and it usually works for a little while, but inevitably drops out again within hours. Calls dropping out, texts taking hours to reach their destination, 3G coverage is almost non-existent - I even checked my bill to make sure I hadn't been cut off for an overdue account, but no, i'm still paying my monthly bills as I always have, it's just not being reciprocated by Vodafone with reliable service.
FAIL.
FAIL.
9143 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is Bad at 30 Dec 2010 02:36:24 PM
Was with Optus/Virgin/iSim - all on the Optus network. Had no problems. Went to a Service Provider on Vodafone Netwrok - for 1 month - calls dropped off, calls kept going to voicemail even when the phone was not being used, no reception even in the middle of the city. The call cost may have been cheaper but when you have to re-call or kept getting charged to retrieve voicemail, it didn't work out any cheaper. Luckily, this was a pre-paid service. We then transfered to Think - their plan that uses the Telstra Network. No problems now. Vodafone - never again.

From what I've read of the posts here by Vodafone employees (and there may only be one or two, because Voodoofone, a self proclaimed Vodafone Store manager, has proclaimed that Vodafone HAS blocked access to this site.) they usually say "You're a moron, you're lieing -and never admit that anything's wrong, or try to baffle with bullsh!t.
You would assume most Vodafone employees would have most of their internet access via Vodafone, so, if Vodafone has blocked access to this site, and why wold anyone disbelieve a Vodafone employee(? why indeed!) then it would only be the Vodafone employees who have a grip on reality and have their internet access via any other carrier.Or, Vodafone has given them special permission to access this site.
It may be one of the few Vodafone employees who is just tired of the aggravation and deceit.

I live approximate 5kms outside of and work in Brisbane CBD, over the past few months I've noticed my 3G service getting worse and worse, I'll have full bars of 3G, yet everything will just time out, sometimes putting it in and out of airline mode will work, but more and more it does nothing. After repeatedly calling customer care I decided enough was enough, this is where the real frustration begins.
I rang up customer care and was put through to tech support where I waited on hold for approximately half an hour, finally my call's answered, after swearing tooth and nail (not in a profane sense, as in trying to convince the operator) that I've gone through the trouble shooting steps again and again, have upgraded to an from a 3G S to an iPhone 4 since the problems began (eliminating my handset and SIM as cause of the issue) he finally agrees to escalate my call, I wait on hold for another half hour or so, only to be put back through to first level support, I explain to the technician that I've just gone through this process and am waiting to be escalated, he puts me on hold AGAIN. Another half hour of sitting on hold and my phone call is disconnected!
Furious I call back up, go through the same process of convincing first level support there's nothing wrong with my handset, I then go through to second level support and have a support ticket opened. Great finally getting somewhere.
Not quite: A few days later customer care rings me back up. They're closing my ticket on the basis that my location is considered a low coverage area. I was furious at this point:
1. I explained when I lodged my ticket this problem is persistent everywhere I go, Home, Brisbane CBD for work, Melbourne CBD. If Brisbane CBD SERIOUSLY considered a low coverage area?
2. I don't care about what the coverage is like at home. Whenever I'm at home, my phone is connected to my wifi, I have no need for 3G at home.
3. According to the coverage maps on the Voda website, my street has perfectly good coverage.
The customer care rep said he was going to go back to his supervisor and call me back.
Later on that afternoon I got a text message saying my support ticket had been closed and to give them a call customer care for details of the resolution.
To hell with that, I'm not going to go through the same process all over again and potentially get nowhere with it, prepare for case with the TIO.

I've been with Vodafone for years and was very happy with their service but the last few months it has been awful - dropped calls, incoming calls not getting through, texts take hours or days (or never) to reach me. My phone battery has to be charged every single day. I have to drive 20 kms to pick up messages and am at the point where I no longer bother taking my mobile with me in my immediate area. I complained (what a process! I nearly committed suicide) and was finally told that yes, the network is overloaded and no, there was no immediate plans for Vodafone to do much about it. Vodafone has offered to waive my exit fees if I want to get out of my latest contract and I'm going to have to do that. Not good enough Vodafone. What HAPPENED to you??

I have been with Vodaphone since I was 14 years old I am now almost 22, and since i signed my last contract almost 2 years ago I have had the worst reception imaginable! My mother lives in South Windsor and basically every phone call I make from here cuts out. I live in Mulgoa and i have no hope of receiving the slightest bit of reception. The rest of my friends and boyfriend who are with other networks have no problem in making calls or messaging or internet usage. I've had enough its so frustrating and once my contract is up I will most certainly be looking into signing up with another company. I pay $100 dollars a month for this junk and I don't see what I'm paying for! Enough is enough!
9136 Someone from VIC thinks vodafone is huge fail at 30 Dec 2010 02:25:39 PM
I had a overdue account with Vodafone. I contacted them and arranged to pay the account in installments which they agreed to. Then 4 weeks later I recieve a notice from a debt collector stating that the account is overdue, and the debt collector had increased the amount owing to cover their costs even though I had made all the payments as agreed to by Vodafone. Trying to discuss the issue with the Vodafone accounts dept is a joke, they arent even interested in resolving the issue.
30 Dec 2010 03:41:23 PM: When I first signed my contract a few months ago, the staff in store did not set up direct debit for me, so eventually I recieved a bill saying my account was overdue (I assumed it was being taken out of my account automatically). I rang customer service to work out what's going on and the rep says he'll set up my bank account for me. He DOES NOT tell me that he will also debit the amount oweing. In the mean time, I go online and pay my bill. I find out a week later that I have paid my bill twice because the guy on the phone took my money without telling me or asking for my permission. Had to call again to sort all of that business out.

Locked myself into a 24 month plan only to discover that Vodafone's signal at my home is weak. Sometimes I have one or two bars, but calls regularly drop out. Probably 50% of the time I have no signal at all. My wife's Optus phone and my daughter's Virgin phone always have strong signals at home. We live in an outer western Sydney suburb. According to Vodafone's coverage map, we are in a strong signal area... false advertising is putting it politely. Looks as though I now have to go through some pain to get out of this contract.

This time last year bought a lovely new blackberry on plan. I asked several times about actual coverage as I knew I would be traveling in country areas of Victoria. no problems they said. they lied. no coverage not even at my house.. On the outskirsts of a major provincial city! then the fun began, no service means no way to contact by phone talk about classic cacth22 and when the shop was open I was in the country with no service! It took agesl to sort out and I had to send the blackberry back. Yes , I was happy to pay for it and buy it outright, but was NOT allowed! Never mind all that hassle I then hade to go to to buy another new phone and change carriers!
definitely would never recommend vodafone to anyone. stroppy nana.

A few weeks ago I SMS my colleague at about 9pm. The next morning he asked me why I SMS at about 3am midnight. It was then I realised that the delivery was delayed so much. Lucky it was my colleague. Imagine if it was a customer I would be very embarrassed and could lose my business.

Vodafone Rules, Imo
30 Dec 2010 02:46:56 PM: you must be either after a job or already working for them. I live in Macgregor and the service has been pathetic since i have had a mobile broadband plan. I asked what the reception was like in that area of Canberra and i was told it was fine and that i could cancel the contract if it wasnt. I walked back into the store within 2 weeks to cancel as dial up was 3 times quicker and was told that i signed a contract so if you want to get out of it you need to pay. In the year i have had the modem i have used a total of 1 gig. Most of that in Alice Springs of all places. Its a sham and has been for a while. Everytime i talk to the vodafone team i get told i signed a contract so pay up to get out of it. Im sure you have to be able to use a service to have to pay for it
9127 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is poor service at 30 Dec 2010 02:15:59 PM
Vodafone service has been pretty good to me up until I started receiving no coverage at my partner's home in Newtown 4305 even though the Vodafone website clearly states that there is coverage in this area. My frustrations come from the fact that I am unable to send messages and receive messages, access the internet, make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls when I am in Newtown 4305. Basically, I might as well not have a mobile. It is a real inconvenience to me and I've had to purchase an Optus sim in order to gain access in this area. I am not a fan of Optus but in this instance they offer the service I require. I do not see how it is fair that I am in a contract with Vodafone and am paying for such a service but am not receiving the service that was promised to me when I entered into this contract with Vodafone. I have tried to contact Vodafone customer service lines to discuss this problem, the only problem with this is that I am placed on hold for long periods of time. I also submitted online emails explaining my situation to Vodafone customer service personnel only to receive a reply email saying that the issue had been resolved before they had any contact with me. My perception of Vodafone was once good and now I beg to differ...
9126 Someone from QLD thinks vodafone is New Business Customer at 30 Dec 2010 02:15:11 PM
We have been a business customer of Vodafone since June 2010. One day after the first invoice was due, our phones were disconnected due to non payment. The problem was, the billing address was wrong, hence we did not receive an account - but not only that - after a lot of complaining, I was told by a Vodafone call centre person that they did not have a record of any invoice being sent. This was my first introduction of how I would be treated as a business customer. Since then, we have had continual drop outs; failing to connect; SOS only calls; calls breaking up; calls going direct to message bank even though phone is fully functioning. On several occasions, I have had to drive back to the office to use a land-line to make calls as my clients and customers cannot hear me or the phone drops out and I am unable to return the call due to the phone failing to connect. I have had to drive back to work after coming home to get another phone (on another network), because the only coverage I got from my Vodafone was SOS. We have two Vodafones and now we actually carry two phones on another network, so that we can call each other to say that the Vodafone is not working - or the call is going straight to message bank. I have had calls from our staff to say the other person's phone is not contactable. I then ring my work partner on the other phone - he then rings the staff member. All these calls are costing us money. A simple phone call, now becomes three calls. In addition, we are paying a set monthly fee for the phones, which we cannot utilise properly and in the meantime, paying for additional mobile calls from our landline and the other mobile service provider. The problem is so bad that it is actually causing me stress and frustration, because I worry that the person ringing (my customer or potential customer or client) will not be able to hear me or the phone will drop out. I find that I have to repeat myself continually-which costs me time. Lately, it is without fail that my callers tell me that I am breaking up and could I ring them on another phone. I am constantly apologising to customers/clients for something that is not my fault. The problem is out of control. How can we run an efficient business, based on communication - if our phones don't work?
9124 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is DISHONEST AND FAKE! at 30 Dec 2010 02:11:42 PM
A WARNING to all thinking of using Vodafone. I've always considered them to be the best. Not any longer. Customer service is only there to sell you a plan and or phone, nothing else. I, like so many have no service on my phone 90% of the time and sending a simple text message, well try 40 attempts for every 2 successful sent messages. Their service is rubbish. It's cost me hundreds of dollars up front for a service that does not work. Lost communication with my family and maybe even cost me my job....thanks SO much vodafone 'Power To You' and your Donkey Service!!!

My cousin ported from optus to vodafone before christmas, and got a HTC Desire HD.
Now, as of boxing day (about 5 days after porting over) his sim doesn't work.
He called support and vodafone is telling him that his credit check failed because he has 4 other accounts with them, and 4 is the maximum.
What i don't understand is, if he has failed a credit check, why have they given him an expensive handset? On top of this, they are charging him $79 a month for a service HE CANNOT USE.
I still don't think his service is working. Let's just see how long this takes....

9121 Someone from NT thinks vodafone is Very Fail at 30 Dec 2010 02:09:24 PM
I have been with Vodafone for over 2 years. a few months ago we had a really bad storm and all vodafone reception dropped out for 2 days. On the second day I borrowed a telstra phone to ring vodafone helpdesk to find out what the go was. It took $40.00 of prepaid credit and an hour of waiting for them to pick up the phone. Just for them to tell me there was absolutley nothing wrong with the reception in alice springs and it is my mobile phone. well i tried 2 other handsets and they must have been broken too as no reception on them either. I rang vodafone back and they said there was nothing they could do. It luckily came back the next day. I also have had times and places where I do not get reception at all. it is as simple as walking 2 metres and the reception drops out. When I signed up for Vodafone I was told that Alice Springs would have as good reception as any large city by the end of the year. Well 2 years on and I still have the shittest reception. good on ya vodafone... you liars... and please for the love of god. hire a fucking australian.

30 Dec 2010 02:39:31 PM: From looking at Voda's coverage map it is fairly clear that most of the way from Ballarat to Mildura there is no Voda coverage. Same applies to Bendigo to Mildura. There is also no national roaming avaiable in that part of Victoria.
When I moved from city to country last year I found Voda the weaker of the networks in terms of coverage.

9117 Someone from NSW thinks vodafone is Colosal!!! at 30 Dec 2010 02:02:54 PM
I am in customer service (NOT vodafone's) and have a spare phoneline next to the one I use for work. The spare line has now been renamed "the vodafone hold line" as I use it to be on hold from vodafone almost daily while I naively wait for HOURS to actually speak to a person to resolve my problems with the 2 vodafone mobiles I have. Problems include but are not limited to:
* calls dropping out mid conversation daily (phone is not the problem it has happened with my Sony, blackberry and Nokia all new)
* delayed receipt of voicemail/sms/mms (sometimes up to a week)
* Charging one of my phone accounts with monthly TV usage (this is the phone I have for my 13 yr old son. It is not capable of TV access. It is an E50! yet every month sure enough vodafone charges TV usage.
* They refuse to spell my name right on the bill yet expect me to pay it
* I don't get a response other than "we acknowledge receipt of your email" when emailing my complaints through! Good to know they've received my complaints but refuse to fix them (insert sarcasm here)
* Cap plans that include calls but not access to voicemail (is this a scam? I paid over $30 in voicemail usage charges last month because my calls weren't getting through and friends and family had to consistently leave me messages! My phone on and next to me the WHOLE time)
Funnily enough it isn't sufficient to have a line dedicated to being on hold from vodafone because even in the unlikely event someone picks up the line (yes it has happened several times!) it quickly proceeds to disconnect, prior to me getting any information out, ensuring my frustrations are ongoing and my problems never resolved....however my bills (which total about $350 per month)are expected to be paid and on time.
soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo over it!!! Have never before experienced a company that goes so OUT of its way to NOT ascertain good service towards its customers.
My contracts are up in may and april of next year. I'll be ringing through to disconnect (if I can get through to someone who give a rats ...)
Get your act together vodafone.

spoke to voda earlier and they told me to go and get a new sim card which i just did.i have just spent another hour on the phone with them to tell them it has not fixed the problem.the service strengh seemed find in the suburb of Ryde where i just came back from. But as soon as i got back to Gladesville the signal strengh dropped back to nothing.Vodafone told me because it is a new sim i need to keep the phone under observation for the next 24-48 hours. Are you kidding maybe i should take the phone to the nearest hospital emergency to put it on life support and see if it performs any better.Give me a break .I guess i will be talking to them again in another 48hours.I am lucky in a way I only have to June next year left on my contract i wont be extending its a shame i have been a vodafone customer for about 20 years and my phone number is my date of birth, ah well time to let go.
30 Dec 2010 02:08:14 PM: That's really sad... But when you go with a new carrier can't you keep your old number? I think it's called porting. It would be a shame to give up a phone number which is your date of birth!
30 Dec 2010 02:37:03 PM: i have been using 2 phones for a while 1 for work and 1 private use so i will just use my private one, which is with virgin powered by optus which i have no problems with plus voda wont let me out of my contract yet
30 Dec 2010 02:42:11 PM: You should be able to keep your phone number when switching carriers (and it shouldn't cost you). Make sure you find out some info about that instead of believing what they might tell you. I remember when I switched TO Voda, I kept my old number and didn't cost me a thing. Now I'm switching FROM them this Sat and should be the same.

In Thailand in November 2010 I used a friend's Telstra mobile to call Vodafone in Australia to get international roaming on my Vodafone mobile. (I did not arrange this while in Australia but was told when I inquired with Vodafone I could do it at any time - even when overseas.)
After a couple of calls to Vodafone, which dropped out, a further call connected and ran for over 57 minutes until it finally got answered by a live person, but promptly dropped out after I started my conversation. I am ujp for the cost of the call, but I should try to get Vodafone to meet the cost - buckley's I expect and not worth calling Vodafone, just to wait on line each time and get dropped out again and again.
Disgruntled.

Well i am verry happy with Vodafone. I believe people just need onther thing to complain about. Oh sorry vodafone isnt telstra but why did you sign up in the first place? Oh telstra charges you double the amount for the same ammount of credit. Do your research before you sign up with someone. You people have no one to blame but your self. I work my ass off at Vodafone to make ungreatfull customers like you happy. Oh and lets complain about the que time, People are doing their jobs and take into consideration that there are 5000 other people calling at the same time as you. Vodafone isnt disrigarding your complaints, but please people make them valid. If your not happy you should of done your research. I can easily say theres double the amount of happy customers as unhappy ones. The publicity that was shown on TV made a problem into a into bigger problem. Not only did we have complaints in the first place but know people feel like they need to contribute to this with stupid complains that honestly show you need to take it out on someone. Compromising price will also compromise coverage. We cant be the best at both, but i dont see too many people complaining about the price they pay. Wtf honestly bad battery life? all handsets regardless what carear are the SAME! But if you were with telstra you wouldnt even notice. Im having to stop doing my job and help out the TIO because of ridiculous complaints like that. Honestly people have some faith. Grow a bridge and get over yourself

30 Dec 2010 02:04:28 PM: Why did you have to post it three times? You wanted to make sure we saw what an idiot you are?
30 Dec 2010 02:29:53 PM: COMPLAINTS ARE VALID! If the service wasn't so bad you wouldn't have such a high number of complaints. I could drive from Penrith to Ryde and have bugger all service. If you depended on mobile communication and poor service cost you your job!! What would you say then?... You'd better work harder or go to Telstra and work SMARTER !
30 Dec 2010 02:46:39 PM: re "take into consideration that there are 5000 other people calling at the same time as you", 5000 people calling at any one time is a lot if they are all complaining then it speaks volumes about the service.
30 Dec 2010 02:47:52 PM: When a phone has to constantly search for a network when the network is poor, it uses up much more battery life than it should. There is no 'wtf' about it. Your anger also seem to be misplaced. It is unfortunate you have to stop doing your job to help out the TIO, but there wouldn't be this many complaints if Vodafone had provided a good service.
30 Dec 2010 02:50:53 PM: Even New York was only named twice...............Why 3 times posted brother?
30 Dec 2010 02:59:32 PM: Love the way you suggest it's the customers fault for Vodafone's problems. Get a dictionary.
30 Dec 2010 06:42:51 PM: YOU posted this because you work for vodafone ?
30 Dec 2010 08:20:41 PM: can someone please look carefully at my maths relative to a following statement made by the person above "I can easily say theres double the amount of happy customers as unhappy ones." that is one third of vodaflop customers are unhappy. I would leave town if every third customer was unhappy, wanted a refund or blood. FINALLY THANKS FOR ADMITTING THERE IS A PROBLEM YOU JUST NEED TO GROW A BRIDGE AND GET OVER YOURSELF BY ADMITTING THAT VODAFLOP IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
31 Dec 2010 01:45:07 PM: That right you said it, there is a problem. I get frustrated when I go into the store and get told there isn't one....seems I'm not the only one.
31 Dec 2010 07:47:56 PM: You don't go into the store if you have a problem - they don't give a shit about your problems & if they did they wouldn't have a clue how to fix them. They're salespeople - nothing more, nothing less.
